Completely remodeled, newly furnished, and smoke free. Fifth floor, end unit, one of the finest in the building. Indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, outdoor grill and picnic table, oceanfront... This unit is in pristine condition, not your average beach rental. Concrete and steel building with elevator. Linens and towels are not provided. No smoking and no pets, please.
The condo sleeps 6 to 8 people. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and cable TV. Second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in living room.
All types of fishing can be found here: surf, pier, or deep sea. If you enjoy golf, tee-off at one of the excellent courses in close proximity to Carolina Beach. If you enjoy being on the water, kayak rentals and many other water sports can be enjoyed here, as well as boat tours. Take a ferry ride for a day trip to historic Southport. Want a night on the town? There are many fine dining establishments featuring fresh locally caught seafood, as well as a movie theater on the island. After being closed for the past three years for renovation, the North Carolina Aquarium in Fort Fisher has finally reopened and is just a few minutes drive from this luxurious condo. Family fun activities include water slides, mini golf, daring rides, go-cart courses, arcades, nature trails, nascar and bumper cars, Carolina Beach State Park, four-wheeling and camping. A short drive will bring you into Historic Downtown Wilmington, where you will find wonderful antique stores, fine dining establishments, local breweries, historical tours, battleship, or take a relaxing horse drawn carriage tour.. it's all here, all you have to do is come and be part of it!
