Melissa was very helpful throughout the process. She offered suggestions for activites. The condo was perfect. Very comfortable and had everything that you would need in a home away from home. Our only complaint was the the water in the lake was extremely low. We would definitely like to come back for another stay. Thanks for everything!!

Our family of 4 stayed here July 25th for 5 days. Loaded unit with the best view of Lake Travis and the Cliffs at Pace Bend park. Oh, and did I mention it's overlooking the pool! They even have an expresso/coffee machine with all the the blends - my oldest son LOVED this! This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Island - but the first time at this unit. Melissa was great in setting up our stay - and very accomodating. Hope we find this unit available next year when we want to go?

My family stayed at this beautiful 2 bedroom condo for 2 nights over the 4th of July week. The condo is in a gated community on lago vista island, the unit itself was well decorated and well maintained. Large open space living room and kitchen, large bedrooms and large master bathroom with double sinks, bath tub, shower and walk in closet. there's a king bed in the master, 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom which is hard to find in similar condo units. We had only 4 people, but you can easily sleep 8 in this condo. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and large closet space. There are books, DVD's to keep you and your guests entertained. Bath robes are provided in the master bedroom. You'll also find water toys and balls in the laundry room. And the washer and dryer is a huge plus! The condo's large balcony is outside the living room and master bedroom facing the lake and above the pool area. there are nice patio furniture on the balcony to sit and relax while you enjoy a breakfast or sunset over the lake. We were there when the water level was low, but even without boating or doing any water sports, we still had a great time. You will be surprised at the amount of deer on the property. We were out feeding deer every evening. There were over 10 or 15 deer around at once, it was better than the zoo. Get some dried corns, they just love it, they will come to eat from your hand. Make sure you sit down so they won't be scared away. We also visited the cave near marble falls. It's one the best things to do on a hot summer day. The tour is 2 hours and it's pretty cool. The drive to and from the condo is as scenic and beautiful as it gets. Last but not least, head down to the pool downstairs to cool your day off. To future guests: the unit is on the 2nd floor not 3rd. Take elevator up to 2nd floor, the unit is only steps away on the left. It took us a while to figure out which floor it's on as the signage in the complex is poor. But the unit is really close to the elevator and the parking spaces are really close to the elevator. We had a great time here, will come back again.

We just returned from our wonderful vacation. Condo had all the amenities of a hotel. The property was beautifully maintained and decorated. We enjoyed the deers all over the property early in the morning or late in the evening. Covered parking was a plus, with security on the premises. Indoor pool and locker rooms were wonderful. Note, outside grill is only charcoal and always have pets on a leash, it is the law in Lago Vista. We had a lovely time and loved out stay there. We cannot say enough about how beautiful the place was, almost being in a Italian Villa. It was very quiet until the saturday before the 4th of July, when the condo was pretty full.

The condo was clean, beautifully appointed, and up-to-date. Our hosts thought of everything. The condo has the most wonderful view of Lake Travis. Unexpectedly, the condo provided a wonderful sense of seclusion. We rarely saw anyone in the common areas except maintenance people. We found the indoor pool, the gym, the restaurant and the courtyards to be our private retreats at various times during our 10-day stay. We enjoyed the deer all over the property. We even kept track of one fawn. The hummingbirds were even more plentiful than at cabins we stayed in the mountains of North Carolina. Although the stay itself was a marvelously guilt-free pleasure, we also enjoyed our morning guilty pleasures at Lago Donut. Don’t miss this getaway.
Owner response:Thank you for your kind and pleasant review of our condo. I'm so glad that you enjoyed your time there. Please come visit us again!! Sincerely, Melissa Woskow

We were a family from England visiting relatives in Austin and this apartment provided just what we wanted, a relaxing second half to our trip with beautiful surroundings and an amazing pool to keep the children entertained. The apartment really is furnished to perfection. We had everything we needed and wished for in terms of equipment, appliances and utensils and the quality of the furnishings is first class. All the pools were amazing, we sampled them all and the grounds are clearly maintained to a very high standard. We definitely didn't want to leave.
Owner response:We are so glad ya'll enjoyed your stay! Thank you for such a great review. Come again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. It has been beautifully remodeled and the owners have thoughtfully provided all the necessary basics as well as some lovely amenities for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We found the entire complex quiet and peaceful and a delightful environment for walking. The fitness center (with indoor salt water pool) and spa are beautiful. The very private condo balcony has gorgeous views to enjoy with morning coffee or an evening nightcap. We definitely hope to return here for a longer stay on our next visit to Austin.
Owner response:We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay. We would love to have you back anytime! Sincerely, Melissa & Joe

My wife and I rented this condo and had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and comfortable. It had a great balcony with amazing views. Kitchen and family room was a great place to hang out in. By the way this condo presented itself you could tell the rental owners wanted you to enjoy yourself. The Deer around the resort were really cool to see and has to be experienced at least once. Pools and Jacuzzi are very relaxing. The whole resort had a very peaceful and calm atmosphere. No loud parties or a hundred kids screaming in the pool. The ability to go to an indoor pool was nice too. We will no doubt use the condo in the future because we had such a great time.

My church group and I wanted to have a short weekend trip to Lake Travis, and fortunately Melissa and Joe hooked us up with a great price for the weekend. Upon arrival, the place was spotless, VERY nice kitchen, bathrooms were also great, private porch, the works. Melissa and Joe are the nicest, and I would highly recommend if you're planning a trip to Lake Travis. The waters were great, facility has nice pools, spa, everything. I can't say enough for our group of 8 that went on this trip. We are going to make it an annual! Haha. Anyways, this is a great condo....thanks.

Our family stayed 3 nights over Labor Day Weekend (we have a 6 y/o son), and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. We cooked various meals, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pictures represent this condo very well! The property is very well kept, and we spent most of our time at the pool on site and enjoying watching the boaters and jet skis from our balcony. The sunsets were amazing! The owner was absolutely wonderful as well as very accessible, and has added little extras to make the stay more like home. We would definitely return.

The place was all and more of what was described in the listing. Love love loved it! It was a bit away from it all, but we were on vacation so it didn't matter. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a restful vacation.
Owner response:It was a pleasure having you! We are glad you enjoyed it. Hope to serve you again soon. Thanks for the review. Owners, Melissa And Joe Woskow

This property is all that the description claims; newly remodeled, emacculately clean, and absolutely beautiful! Washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus! Magnificent view from the balcony. A great place to spend our vacation!
