This modern home is located in the East end of the town of Telluride with unobstructed mountain views in all directions. This is the total mountain view home from all huge picture windows. The large deck looks into Bear Creek and the end of the box canyon. Ingram Falls is directly viewed from all windows. The home is located in a very quite neighborhood within walking distance to the town. One can hike up Tomboy Road from the back yard. There is no need for a car. The bus line is a block down the hill. The runs of the ski area are in full view from this home.
The master bedroom has a king bed with mountain views from a horizontal position. The private balcony looks into the box canyon.The master bath has a double sink, tub, and shower. The kitchen, dinning room and living room are all within one large area with an oak table that seats 12.This newly remolded kitchen has hickory hardwood floors, elder cabinets and all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops. The three other bedrooms are on the lower level with two queen beds and one double. There is a shower/bath downstairs. The downstairs patio can be entered from one of the bedrooms. Two of the downstairs bedrooms look into the canyon. This home is fully furnished.
The town of Telluride is a ten minute walk. FREE shuttles and gondola will take you almost everywhere else, though parking for two cars is available at the house.

What a great house with spectacular views! This was the perfect location for our Blues and Brews weekend. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our group. Thank you for helping us have a fantastic weekend!
