Our unit has a master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. It features a third floor private balcony with a SPECTACULAR VIEW of the Gulf of Mexico! You will enjoy sipping your morning coffee while gazing at the ocean.
When you’re ready to sink your feet into the sugary sand of the world’s finest beaches, all you have to do is cross the street and you’re there! Stroll across the access road for a relaxing day at the beach. You are only steps away from the sparkling surf.
The complex features a heated swimming pool complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a hot tub, and showers for a sand-free retreat. To end a perfect day in the sun, gather the family around the picnic tables and charcoal grills for a cook-out! Or if you don’t feel like cooking, there are several award-winning restaurants within walking distance. This is one the very few condominiums in Destin with character and personality.
Our unit has a queen size bed in the main bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and two bunk beds in the hallway. It will comfortably sleep six. Flat-Panel TV, DVD Player, iPod Dock, and wireless internet are all provided.
