We enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze and look forward to going back. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Great location, we walked down the street for coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. Because we are right across the street from the public beach we were able to squeeze in a little more beach time after check out!

Our vacation to the Destin area was so very enjoyable and our stay in the Summer Breeze condo was so relaxing. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and be able to see the gulf. The condo was clean and everything we needed, thanks so much!!

My wife and I stayed in this condo from 9/7/11 to 9/11/11. To begin; everything about it was perfect. If you are reading this because you are considering a beach trip for a couple or a very small group, this condo will exceed all of your expectations. My wife and I travel very extensively (6-8 times/yr.), hands down this was our favorite trip. We arrived quite a few hours before check in so we took the opportunity to explore the area. Although it is in Miramar Beach, it is very close to Destin (just a cpl. miles). Most of the souvenir shops have exclusively Destin parafanailia. This suited us perfectly. All of the "touristy" things (bars, restaurants, shops, rental shops, grocery stores, etc.) that we would expect are still within a long walking distance or a 2 minute drive (literally). However, the beach was nearly vacant on the weekdays and then even on the weerkend there were really only a few more "localish" visitors. The last thing that we did before checking in was going to The Wharf at Sandestin (again less than a 5 minute drive). It is full of very intersting bars and restaurants, some kids activities, and a couple of small shops. We never did return though so I can't say anything further but it did look like a neat area. Upon entering the condo, we really enjoyed the layout and the decor. It has a great beach theme and plenty of space. The kitchen had every utensil that we looked for, and even some funky glasses for our evening drinks. Despite my overwhelming satisfaction thus far, the best part of the entire place is the patio. It has a perfect view of the pool and the ocean directly behind that. There is a four top table and two additional patio chairs with a small end table for relaxing. The condo is technically across the street from the beach, but I have stayed "on the beach" in many places and had a further walk given that the beech access is directly across a typical 2 lane beach front road. Traffic was not an issue and there are crosswalks every 50 yards. The public beach access is directly across the street which also meant that there were restroom facilities, two outdoor "sand showers", and even wheelchair access to the beach if needed. Plus, no waiting in line for crowded elevators or crowded beach! Rick's Crab Trap- Awesome food! Beachside casual atmosphere Captain Daves- OK food much nicer atmosphere Pompano Joes-50 yards away- pretty good food Fish out of water- AWESOME area- 30 minute drive- NO BETTERE RESTAURANT ON EARTH- Pricey

We just spent a week at the most ideal condo in Destin!! It was clean and well cared for, plenty of room for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well equipt and met all of our needs. The third floor view is wonderful, just sitting on the deck with my morning coffee was a great start for the day. My grandkids are 10 and 11, and were able to go back and forth to the beach and the pool all day long, because access was directly across the street. Which by the way is wide open, one of the only areas that does not have condos build up hiding the view!!! The owners have beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for their guests. During my whole rental process and stay ,the owner was available to me by phone or email. We had a problem with the TV and he had it resolved with in just a few hours. Thank you for a wonderful week, we felt like we were guests in your home!

The condo was great, very clean and well furnished. Awesome location right across the street from the beach. Located very close to stores,grocery and area attractions. My favorite was the balcony overlooking the ocean. Very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely be booking the condo again. THe Chico's were very helpful in every way, smooth transaction from beginning to end.

We recently stayed at your property in Destin and couldn't have been more pleased. The location was perfect, the condo was nice and we had everything we needed right down to beach chairs and an umbrella for a comfortable day on the beach. Our only complaint is that the early morning Florida sun woke us up much too early on our days off. However, it was nothing that a nap on the beach, under the umbrella, didn't take care of! We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon for another stay at the "Chico Beach House"

Excellent Condo - It was PERFECT for my wife and me on Monther's Day Weekend - Nice view of Gulf from the porch - May be a bit crowded with more than 4 people - Everything worked as expected - Very close and convenient to beach - Beach Chairs and Umbrella available in unit were very nice to have - Pool is also very nice - No big condo's close so beach is not so crowded - Pompono Joe's is very close and a great place for lunch or dinner - Here's a great treat....have Jordano's pizza delivered to the beach for lunch - Oh yea, don't miss the Red Bar!

It was such a great condo. It is right across the street from the beach, a very short walk and right in the center of Destin. There was plenty of room with a beach view and a pool. It was the perfect get away.

We had a great time at Summer Breeze. Ever thing was perfect. We only had to cross the street and we were at the beach. We loved the view from the balcony. I took two of my girlfriends and there was plenty of room. We will be back. I also loved that the condo was centrally located to everything. Thanks for sharing your beach home with us.

It was our second stay at Summerbreeze. This year for 2 months. The location is one of the best on Scenic Drive. Very nice view from balcony and always very calm during January and February. Close from golf, grocery and restaurants. For me, one of the most important is that the pool is realy heated, very relaxing every morning. We will be back in Destin, Summerbreeze is a very nice location.

We stayed here in December, 2010 and had a great time, even though the temperature was 20 degrees! It was really nice to be able to see the beautiful beach from the warmth of the living room! The condo was comfortable and had just about everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and helpful with questions we had. It was a great place to wind down from the hectic holidays and we look forward to visiting again. It is a very nice change from the usual "condo" experience. It felt more like an apartment and we would definitely recommend Summer Breeze for families.

The Condo was good..had all things that we needed for 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids)... the Ocean view was perfect and the beach itself very conviniently accessable by walk or by car..we drove in car even thought it was prob. very easy to walk as we had two small kids.My daughter loved the bunk bed. Will stay there again if we go to Destin.

This was a perfect location for a relaxing vacation. It had all the amentities to make our short getaway very enjoyable. The condo was a perfect size for 2 people. We felt like we were right at home. Thanks to Chris for opening up his home to us. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to relax away from the crowds yet still be close enough to all nearby activities.
