Make yourself at home in this newly furnished and freshly redecorated charming studio condominium located by the sandy ocean beaches in Cape Cod!
The cozy queen size bed is perfect for two adults. Adjacent to the bed is a sitting area with a loveseat—perfect for reading or watching television. The bathroom is just off the kitchen and has a stand-up shower. The dining area is located in front of a large picture window and you have use of a full kitchen stocked with dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils including a toaster, coffee maker, and new pots and pans.
Go for a swim in our heated in-ground pool or simply relax on one of the chaise lounges. There's a large, beautifully maintained grassy picnic area with tables and chairs. Have yourself a BBQ or a marshmallow roast on any one of the outdoor grills. You can walk to Glendon Beach on the ocean in just a couple of minutes.
You're very close to local eateries, beach-side shops, and convenience stores. Glendon Beach is steps away. There's also plenty of local activities and cultural attractions including live theater, the Kennedy Museum in Hyannis, and much more. I've provided an array of brochures to help assist you in planning your activities and adventures. There is no internet access at the condo. Please contact me if you are interested in access the internet while at my condo, I can tell you where the local wi-fi spots are located.
The rental week runs Saturday to Friday; check-in time is 1:00 p.m on Saturday. and check-out is the following Friday before 7:00 pm.
The daily rental times are check in 1:00 p.m. on the first day, and check out by 11:00 am on the departure day. For example, if you rent the condo for the 13th-17th, then your arrival is 1:00 on the 13th, and your departure will be by 11:00 am on the 17th.
Please provide your own sheets and linens (queen size). This his helps keep my costs down, which keeps your costs down, too.
I run this as a professional small business. Every customer is treated professionally and with respect. I have my own Employer Identification Number and I pay sales and property taxes on this business, keep meticulous records so I can respond quickly to any question if there is a need, and do my very best to be accountable and accessible to you.

Why the Owner Chose Dennis Port
I bought this place because I want to have a place to go to when I retire, where I can be very active and enjoy life. This place is just steps from the ocean, and in the middle of Cape Cod. I enjoy walking to the ocean every day (and I save the $15 a day parking fee), or visiting many historical sites, bike riding, restaurants, going shopping at all the local boutiques, and much more. There is a lot for me to do here. It really is a place to get away from all the stresses of my daily life in Chicago! I happen to love listening to shortwave radio, so I bring one of my radios here when I come, and the reception is amazing. I also have a set of current brochures, and I'll leave those for you to use, it helps give you a great idea of what's available in my area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Very cozy, intimate setting. There is a wall mural of Cape Cod that will delight you, a full kitchen, lots of small personal touches that give the place a look and feel of life by the ocean. You'll also have access to my two beach chairs, beach toys (nerf football, frisbee, etc) and more. There is a totally renovated salt water pool, a grill, lots of beautiful flowers, three picnic tables, and much more on the property. Come prepared to have the best vacation of your life!

Hi, I'm Russ Conte, the proud owner of Cape Cod for 2. This my little get away from my "real life" in Chicago. I'm a manager for a Fortune 500 company (Kelly Services) where I work in the staffing industry. Prior to working for Kelly Services, I worked for eight years as a job counselor for people with disabilities, and I was a high school math teacher almost 30 years ago.
I'm involved in lots of activities outside of work, such as playing violin, web site design, and lots of reading. I'm also the President of a computer club in Chicago, and I do some volunteer work. I love to snowboard in Colorado during the winter. I put a lot of passion into my work, and I hope that you enjoy my little place on Cape Cod!
