Welcome to Fleurvista, our Florida holiday home.
Plan a perfect holiday in the quite sub-division of Ashley Manor. Our luxury three bedroom villa with full screened private heated pool overlooks a small lake/conservation area which provides extra privacy.
The villa features many upgrades to make your holiday a wonderful experience. TV with cable in Family room and all bedrooms.
Full air conditioned with the extra feature of ceiling fans in all rooms. Playstation 2 with games. DVD. Video. Free use of BBQ. Crib, Highchair and Stroller we also have two child booster seats if needed.
We have converted part of our garage area into a games room with pool table, electronic dartboard, air hockey/games table. For guest use we have a computer with high speed internet access and if you wish to bring your own laptop then there is Wi-Fi connection (all free access).
Our spacious single storey home is elegantly furnished and the pool area has plenty of furniture for those “sunbathing moments”. All linen, towels and pool towels are provided. Ladies no need to bring your hair dryer, one in each bathroom.

“Fleurvista” is situated on the borders of Davenport Central Florida. We are to the west of Kissimmee, 5 minutes drive off Junction 58 off the Interstate 4. 5 miles takes you to Main -gate Disney, 20 minutes to Seaworld and only 25 minutes away from Universal Studio. One hours drive will take you to the beautiful golf coast with its magnificent beaches or the Kennedy Space Centre on the east coast within 55 minutes.
Orlando International Airport is only a 25 minute drive or alternatively fly into Sanford which is a little further north. Our villa is situated in the quite select Ashley Manor just five minutes from Champions Gate a Greg Norman golf course with local shops and restaurants, also near to hand is the new Reunion course. Local garage Mini/Mart is a 3 minute walk..
Visitors tend to think of Florida as just theme parks, but it also has many natural parks and lakes to visit for quite days away from the parks

When my parents were alive they always wanted us after their death to sell their home and buy a property that we as a family could enjoy as a holiday home and as one sons and two grandchildren chose to live in USA this is a great location for family holidays.

We love the location of Ashley Manor and the peace and quiet of our home overlooking a small lake/conservation area. The animals and bird life are plentiful and yet we are near to lots of shops, restaurants and of course the fun of Disney.

Married to Graham for 25 years but been together for 30. We both have 2 children from a previous marriage. 3 grandchildren. Our children are scattered to the wind, one living in Birmingham Alabama with his wife and two children, one living in South Africa but the other two at present are still living in the UK, but who knows what the future holds.
