Welcome to a year round beach paradise. Carlsbad enjoys a year round average temperature of 70 degrees. This climate enables you to be out doors all day and enjoy the many activities in the Southern California area.
You will feel like you are at home when you return from your day to this relaxing beach cottage which has been recently remodeled with new furniture, beds, floors, kitchens and baths. When it is time to eat, you will enjoy the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. The rooms are furnished with a cal king in the master bedroom, new plush living room furniture, and sturdy bunk beds and trundle in the front room. Lastly, you will enjoy the 180 degree views from every room on the west side. There is also a very nice breeze that blows all day right through the cottage.
There is plenty of street parking and an easy to enter two car driveway and garage. The front yard is enclosed with palm trees and plants, with a huge back yard and patio for bbq's.
The beach is an easy 2 minute walk. There are several restaurants in the area, and easy access to Lego Land, the Wild Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, Golf, horseback riding, jet ski's, sailing, the Del Mar Horse Track, and more.
We also have access to a 28 foot sail boat if you are interested in seeing some whales, dolphins, and the beautiful Pacific. You will truly enjoy this property!

We purchased this cottage in Carlsbad for its unique location to many of the tourist destinations and restaurants. There are so many things to do.
The Unique Benefits at this House
At this cottage you will feel very relaxed as you view the ocean constantly with the huge picture windows. The furniture is also very relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen is gourmet with granite everywhere. We also have placed plasma's in the den and master bedroom. You will also enjoy the remodeled baths and walk in closets. The yard is also very tropical. You will feel like you are in Hawaii.

We have visited and enjoyed the beautiful Carlsbad Beaches for years and have finally purchase a wonderful cottage that is close to everything. Especially the beach! Carlsbad is a great vacation destination for literally any season as the temperature is very mild year round.
