  This was a great place to rest and relax nice and quiet and secure. The owners are helpful and easy to work with. Downtown is just a short ride away to many shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes from the airport so you can start your vacation right away! There are major grocery chain stores only minutes away by car. The complex is safe and very quiet at this time of year.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  This condo is clean, nicely decorated and the layout is wonderful. We loved all the windows throughout the unit. The master bedroom/bath was huge and comfortable. Our favorite area was the enclosed patio just outside the dining room. We'd relax at that table outside enjoying the water fountain, flowers (roses were blooming everyday) and an accasional hummingbird. The location is really good; both the downtown area and the convention center are nearby. The association property was beautiful landscaped and very well kept. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot-tub closest to the unit; it was wonderful. The owners were amazing to work with and VERY accomodating! When we return to Palm Springs we will want to stay here again! Thanks for everything!

  My wife and I rented this property for two months over Christmas 2009 and 2010. It was great. The vaulted ceiling in the living/dining areas provide a warm and welcoming greeting to anyone coming through the front door. The two patios – off the living room and master bedroom – are wonderful spots to sit and read, talk with visiting friends, or simply commune with the outdoors. The little front courtyard is a great spot for private lunches, playing cards or just relaxing outdoors. The rosebushes are a delightful touch. The gardens of are beautifully kept and the pools are pristine and warm, good for swimming or just dipping. We liked the hot tubs, too. If you’re a tennis buff, there are two well-maintained courts that are almost always available. The house is well stocked with everything you want in a kitchen, lots of dining equipment and plenty of linens for beds, bath and swimming. The master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and there is another bathroom for guests. Each year we had a series of guests, all of whom were well accommodated. One or two get the well- appointed guest room, others can sleep on the comfortable day beds in the living room. We also liked the location, with easy parking for us and our guests. It’s a short drive, or a nice long walk to the main drag, South Canyon. All other amenities, such as super markets, theatres, shopping, restaurants, even a Dairy Queen, are within easy reach. We are happy to recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable holiday home that is clean, comfortably furnished, very well equipped and well located in Palm Springs.

  This is a great place for relaxation.Location is nice-near good eating,golf,walking.Condo is very comfortable with nice patio and view of mountains.All the comforts of home.Owners very nice to rent from.

  We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was roomy and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking with two ovens and plenty of dishware and kitchen utensils. There was a large selection of music and videos to watch. The owners were very easy to work with. The patio was especially pleasant for morning coffee with bouganvillea and roses and a gurgling fountain. We would definitely return.
