Enjoy beautiful MOUNTAIN VIEWS from EVERY WINDOW in our spacious 1800 square foot three story home nestled at the base of Utah's largest "skiable" mountain (The Canyons). Our townhome is just one mile off I-80 at the Kimball Junction & Park City Exit & 25 MINUTES from the Salt Lake City Airport. It has been completely modernized and recently re-modeled for your PERFECT SUMMER/HOLIDAY "HOME" while you are in Park City. There are two Parking Spaces reserved for you (1 covered)at our front door.

This THREE MASTER bedroom plan has FOUR full double sink vanity baths and SOLID WOODEN DOORS to allow for PRIVATE living on all three floors. Every bedroom has new mattresses on their Queen-size beds, double sink vanity, shower/tub bath, humidifier, thermastat, and TV/VCR. In addition, the upstairs master bedroom has its own gas fireplace while the back downstairs master additionally has a twin hid-a-bed sofa. The family room TV also has DVD player and Stereo Surround Sound.

Beautifully plush Indian, Mining, and Wildlife decor with modernized faucets, lighting fixtures and hardware are found throughout.

A fully-equipped kitchen includes ICE MAKER, ULTRA-QUIET dishwasher, BLENDER, 4 slice BAGEL/TOASTER and Flat-top stove, Large PANTRY, plus a TV! The large dining room table with placemats seats eight comfortably while the bar seats four in addition.

IN UNIT: Stacked Washer/Dryer and WATER SOFTENER System allows for all the amenities of home and more!

  • We stayed here from 1-28-09 to Feb 1-2009. The place met our every need. The hot tub after skiing all day was a great treat. It was easy to get to all the ski areas. The grocery stores were close and the restaurants in Park City were great! Plenty of room for parking and each of the rooms were well equipped so as to allow privacy when you wanted it. We will be back!!!
