This breathtakingly gorgeous house boasts a fresh remodel as of Spring 2009. More beautiful inside than it already was, this Talmont home still offers a spectacular lake view, large hot tub on a covered deck, spacious upper grilling deck with table and chairs, and HOA access to Tahoe Park Beach in the summer. Every aspect of Woolverton is top-notch. The high-end furnishings are plush and classy, very comfortable, yet cozy enough to feel like you're in your own Tahoe cabin. The homeowners have indulged in a special Tahoe theme with nice posters, artwork, lamps and other accents. Every room welcomes you to the mountains, the lake, and Tahoe in general.
From the driveway, you can enter to the lakeview hot tub deck on the right, which leads into the downstairs. Two bedrooms open into the deck area. One has a King bed with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The second has a Queen bed with private bathroom, flatscreen Direct HDTV, and desk area with lakeview.
Down the hall (which is slate tiling) is another full bathroom, laundry, and a cozy room with Full/Twin bunk beds, flatscreen Direct HDTV, plus a sunny windowseat/toychest looking out to the lake.
Upstairs is a welcoming entry with small bench, 1/2 bath in the corridor, then a grand living room with all new woodfloors, impressive open-beam vaulted ceilings, river rock woodburning fireplace, big flatscreen DirecTV + HDDVR, DVD/VHS, winebar, and a wonderful arrangement for social gathering and enjoying the company of your friends and family. Take a load off in 3 overstuffed sofas (1 with a Full sofabed) and 3 chairs with large ottomans, rocking chairs, chaise lounge, and stuffed swivel chair that all take in the view.
The kitchen offers an island stove with 3 stools, all stainless steel appliances and granite counters, woodflooring and is well-equipped for everyday cooking. Dining table sits 8, and the deck has more seating plus a gas Weber grill and impressive view of Lake Tahoe.
Off the living room is a 4th bedroom with Queen bed and Twin bed, flatscreen Direct HDTV, small gas woodstove, and a step up into granite and travertine bathroom.
