Sunset Plaza is a quick 2 minute drive down the hill and is the center of the world famous "Sunset Strip" where the rich and famous dine, play and shop. Sunset Strip legends include The House of Blues, Comedy Store, Roxy and Viper Room. Within minutes are Beverly Hills (Rodeo Drive), Bel Air, UCLA, The Getty Museum, The Grove, trendy Melrose Avenue, The Hollywood Bowl, The Beverly Center, CBS Television City, Paramount Studios, Warner Bros. Studios, and Hollywood with all the attractions they offer visitors. This approximately 2,000 square foot home was recently remodeled and offers the finest amenities for a comfortable stay for all of your friends and guests. All of the entertaining and public areas are on the lower floor with the guest bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The house is in a quiet, exclusive and secluded neighborhood yet only a few minutes to all of the best that Los Angeles has to offer. The home is private, gated and has a grassy front yard for pets, kids or laying out in the sun. The charming rear yard is surrounded by lush landscaping and has a fountain, lounge chairs and a private hot tub for soaking those tired feet after a long day of sight-seeing. There are city light views from the upstairs bedrooms.
Note: there is a detached guest house on the east side of the property that is not connected to the main house or property and uses a seperate side entrance not visible from the main house. This guest house is used as an office/storage space by the owner and is not included in the rental.
The warm home offers a large elegant living room with gas or wood burning fireplace, a dining room that can seat 6, a bar/sitting room a powder room and kitchen. The kitchen features a sub-zero refrigerator, Gaggenau ovens, a wolf range and Fisher-Paykel dishwasher.
The living room has a stereo, CD player and Sirius Satellite Radio. Each of the bedrooms features a flat screen plasma television with satellite television.
The guest bathroom is light filled with a huge skylight, double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and shower. The master bathroom features tumbled marble and a window that overlooks the lush backyard.
