Jan-Apr .. $99/night (based on 7 night stay)
May-Aug .. $139/night (based on 7 night stay)
Sep-Dec .. $119/night (based on 7 night stay)
ADD ...... $10/night if stay is less than 7 nights. Three night minimum.
$100 deposit required to reserve. In addition, a $100 security deposit is
required, which will be refunded within two weeks after stay, after cleaning and
inspection. Unit balance to be paid in full 2 weeks before first day of stay.
Cleaning fee $65 per stay.

We rented this condo for four nights in mid-August and it is as listed or better. The condo is very clean and spacious for a lakefront unit. Having close access to the lake was important to us and we found that the location of this unit was very convenient for our purposes. It was a very short walk to the water, but we were also able to park close to the shoreline when needed, so that our ski/boating equipment was within a few steps. This unit has a nice combination of being close to the water and high enough on the hill to offer a nice view of the lake over the trees that can sometimes block views from lakefront properties. The grounds at Ozark Mountain Resort appear to be very well managed. There is a pool & hot tub just across the street that was clean and inviting. Extra B-B-Q grilles and picnic tables are located just outside the condo in a shady area. Our family travels to Table Rock Lake every summer and found this location to be excellent. It has quick access to Kimberling City shopping and restaurants, but out of the traffic of Branson and Silver Dollar City roads. We like have stayed at another condo resort on Indian Point that we like, but this unit offers similar amenities with a much lower cost. Kent K.
