  We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was beautiful and had everything we needed for cooking, heading the beach, etc. The view over the city and water is great. We spent the mornings taking hikes through the neighborhood and enjoying the neighborhood, then headed to the beach in the afternoons, which is just a few minutes by car. The only issue with our stay is that when the property manager came to return our security deposit on the last day, he said he had a "problem at the bank" and was $100 short. I've stayed in many HomeAway properties and never had an issue before like this. Overall though, we had a great stay.

  Tony had a driver pick us ap at the airport on our arrival the week before Christmas. Got us to the condo and it was more beautiful than the photos can show. The wall of windows in the living area and the bedrooms were open to the incredible view of the bay and Cabo San Lucas the entire week we were there. The condo rental includes the use of a Ford Explorer which is great because it saves you car rental expense and the vehicle blends you in as a local rather than a rental car tourist. Park at the mall for $15 pesos per day and use it as a central point for ventures into town. Great temps, lots of fun and we saw whales on three consecutive days from the private Pedregal Beach on the Pacific side of Pedregal (find this beach if you can). We also stumbled upon the Pedregal Spa that sits up high on the rocks overlooking the Pacific - they have massage therapists, steam rooms, a lap pool and weight room. Used the hot tub at the condo twice - great view of town from above the infiniti pool. We bought steaks and veggies at the local grocer at the bottom of the hill and grilled them by the pool one night. Went into town on several nights, had lots of tacos, avoided the hawkers by staying mostly away from the marina and Medano Beach. Tony was most attentive and drove us back to the airport at the end of the trip. I would definitely recommend this option for anyone wishing to experience Cabo in a non "all-inclusive" way.

  Our family was fortunate enough to stay at Casa Tash for the full month of July. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and all that it has to offer. The location is great, the views truly amazing and the condo was first class. We loved the pool & hot tub which also had a fantastic view. It was so relaxing to kick back at the end of the day in the hot tub and take in the panoramic view of the marina, Medano Beach and most of the city. We were only about a five minute drive to any of the restaurants in Cabo San Lucas, to a public access to Medano Beach, or to the breath-taking and beautiful Pedregal Beach which you must visit numerous times if you stay at Casa Tash. We always felt safe at the condo, especially since it is inside the security gates of Pedregal. The whole condo complex was usually very quiet and Raphael kept everything very tidy. We met many of the neighbors/owners whom all seemed to be extremely nice and very helpful. Furnishings in the condo were "over the top" and extremely comfortable. With the quality of the condo, the great location, the numerous amenities of the complex and the comfort of a safe environment, we certainly have high regards for Casa Tash. And to top it all off, Tony did a great job of making sure all of our needs and problems were taken care of. Thanks Tony for making our Cabo experience and family vacation a lifetime memory! We plan to be back.

• Amazing Vacation!

  We stayed at the condo for 7 nights during the last week of June, 2011. At first we were a bit hesitant in booking a place sight-unseen in Mexico but our expectations were wildly exceeded! The condo itself is nothing short of amazing. The view is incredible, the finishes are all top notch and the decor was modern and tasteful. The pictures don't do this place justice, you need to see it for yourself. The free rental car was essential. The walk to town is not far but the walk back is difficult as you have to ascend a very steep hill. When we didn't want to drive, a quick call down to the gate operator got us a cab in 5-10 minutes every time. We always felt very safe during our stay and Tony was more than willing to help us in any way possible, day or night. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone. I've stayed at what is known to be the best hotel in Cabo but I wouldn't stay anywhere else but here in the future. For the price, proximity to town, and the fact that you have use of a car, it simply cannot be beat. We will be back for sure. Thanks again Tony!! Scott, Teresa, Marc and Kristelle

  We stayed at the condo for the first 2 weeks of April and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Yes, the city is wonderful and Cabo is a great destination, but this fabulous condo really made our vacation. While the pictures on the Internet are totally accurate, they do not do it justice- first of all, the view is indescribable, the best in Cabo. The condo itself was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked better than mine! It was so great to come back to the condo after a busy day, so relaxing to sit out on the balcony and just take in the gorgeous view of the water and the cruise ships coming and going- not to mention watching the city wake up and go to sleep at night. All in all, it was a great vacation and we will definitely be back! (I also have to give a big thank you to Tony who was so very helpful to us and was great to deal with- see you next time Tony!).

  Could any rental exceed one's expectation? We have experienced many vacation rentals, but Pedregal Condo ranks at the top with its spectacular view, its location in a prestine setting, its modern, ultracomfortable furnishings, the helpful friendly staff, etc. We were met at the airport by the manager, Tony and his wife, who gave us a warm tour of the area on our way to the condo and from that moment on, our month flew by. NOW WITH THE ADDITION OF A VEHICLE, there are no negatives to mention. Without a car, the extremely steep climb from town up unique cobbled streets can be a bit daunting although the walk into town is easy and downhill; however, it is the elevation which gives the spectacular view of town and harbor. We plan a two month visit next year since our one month stay only wetted our appetite for more luxury and re-connection with Tony, his wife, his staff, and the friendly permanent neighbors.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  My girlfriend and I just made it back from Cabo yesterday (05/20/2010) and we couldn't have asked for a better time. The apartment was beautiful and the location was great. The views are magnificent. Tony, the property manager, was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He called us pretty much daily to make sure everything was ok. It was also great to have the car available during our stay. We drove down to Medano beach most days and went on day trips to San Jose del Cabo and Chileno Bay. Alcaravea Gourmet was a good little find for a nice dinner. Thank you Tony. We'll definitely be back.
