New Dawn Chalet is a three-story log home that sits directly on the east side of Lake Cascade. Beautiful crescent beach in front of home, boat dock, firepit, outdoor deck with picnic table and gas grill. Plenty of parking and lots of open land as the property next door is vacant.
This 4-bedroom home has a queen in the master bedroom, king in the second bedroom, king in the third bedroom and two twins in the 4th bedroom. Downstairs in the family room with card table, kids games, TV/DVD player and a queen sleeper sofa. Main level has large kitchen, living and dining room with TV/DVD player and full-size washer/dryer. Pet friendly home, wood burning stove, fully equipped kitchen and all linens are furnished. The home has satellite TV.
Bring your boat or jet skis and enjoy being on the water. Plenty of parking for a trailer with ATV's during the summer months and snowmobiles during the winter. Mountain biking, hiking are right outside your door. Spectacular views of the West Mountain Range and Tamarack Resort is only 4 miles away. McCall and Brundage ski area is 11 miles to the north.
