We rate all of our condos based on four criteria in order to make it easier for vacationers to compare different condos in different buildings. The criteria are as follows: unit size and quality, views, proximity to activities and building quality and amenities.
UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars) This beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium is located on the 4th floor of Silver Mill. The many windows allow you to enjoy mountain views from the bedroom, living room, and the balcony. This condo is located on the quieter side of the building, which faces away from the village. The bedroom features a queen sized bed, cable TV, and mountain views. After a long day, you can enjoy new 40 inch flatscreen TV and the large DVD library of movies in the living room while warming up by the gas fireplace. The owners have also purchased board games and card games for your enjoyment while you stay in the condo. In addition, you will find many books about the area and hiking, as well as a local guide created by the owner. The dining room table will seat 4 people comfortably, and the full sized kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need to cook a meal away from home.
VIEWS: *** (3 Stars) You will enjoy views of the mountains from the condo and balcony. The mountains you see are between Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES *****(5 Stars) Silver Mill is conveniently located in the heart of River Run Village. It is just steps from restaurants, ski rental shops, specialty shops, and Starbucks. If you are traveling with young children, the Keystone Children's Center is located on the ground floor of Silver Mill. In 2008, a new high-speed, 8 person gondola was constructed to move passengers up the mountain 40% faster. Silver Mill is now even closer than before. Walk 100 yards out of the building, and you will be there.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES *****(5 Stars) After a long, active day, you can enjoy the many amenities that Silver Mill has to offer. The beautiful recreation room has a pool table, sitting area, and TV. Soak your tired muscles in the large 16 person hot tub, or one of the two 8 person hot tubs. Then enjoy the sauna located inside the building near the hot tubs. Silver Mill guests can also enjoy the heated pool with spectacular views of the ski slopes at a neighboring building.
You can park your car in the heated parking garage under the building and store your skis and/or snowboards in the ski lockers on the 1st floor. If you don't wish to carry your skis and/or snowboards back to the building you can use the VIP ski check that is available near the gondola for a small daily fee.
DON'T RENT OTHER CONDOS THAT CHARGE $4.95 PER HOUR OR $9.95 PER DAY FOR WI-FI. THIS CONDO HAS FREE WI-FI.
KEYSTONE EVENTS:
Keystone is the premier destination for various events, festivals and one-of-a-kind attractions. These include things such as Mardi Gras, Wine Festival, Beer and Blues Festival, Full Production Concerts, Discovery Days for kids, Art Shows and much more. Additionally, you can enjoy Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tour, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours, Snow Mobiling, Horse back riding and much more. SUMMER activies include championship golfing (2 courses in Keystone), Mountain biking, Wild Life Tours, the best hiking in North America, White-Water Rafting and Fly Fishing, just too name a few.
FEES & TAXES
We are required by law to charge tax on your stay.
Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.
WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 5.9% RESORT FEE! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.
Just to be clear, taxes and cleaning fees are not included in the posted rates.

Special services that we offer include fast check-in service, flexible check-in and out times, a generous amount of towels during your stay, trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwashing detergent and liquid, sponge for washing dishes, trial sized soap and shampoo. We send you keycards in the mail, so you can drive directly into the private parking garage and immediately enter your condo.
