Welcome! That's how you'll feel when you step inside our condominium. Located on the 2nd floor of The Regent Grand, our spacious beachfront condominium offers privacy while still ensuring you feel connected to the beach and ocean. The condo is furnished in the beautiful British colonial style that makes you feel like you've left home and are on vacation. We've taken care to provide you with everything you need to have a wonderful stay.
The kitchen is fully furnished with everything from a coffee maker to the blender. The stainless refrigerator features filtered water and a built-in icemaker. Granite countertops and Cherry wood cabinets make it a warm, inviting place to cook or fix drinks. A Sony stereo system with built-in iPOD adapter gets your music going so there's no need to bring speakers from home.
The living room is a wonderful place to relax. It features comfortable seating around a large Vizio flatscreen TV w/DVD player. The sofa opens out to a queen-sized bed if additional sleeping space is needed. The dining room features seating for 6 around a large glass-topped table.
The master bedroom features a King-sized 4-poster bed. Eygptian cotton linens and bathrobes are provided for bed and bath. A Vizio flatscreen TV, alarm clock, electric safe, and large closet are included. The master bathroom features an elegant travertine shower, illuminated mirror, and plenty of storage. A hair dryer is provided.
The second bedroom features twin beds (that can be moved together if desired), lots of closet space, Vizio flatscreen TV, and alarm clock. The adjoining bathroom has a travertine shower and illuminated mirror as well.
Out on the balcony, we have a table for 4 and 2 chaise lounges -- a great place to be outside and watch the beach and ocean while staying out of the direct sunlight.
The Regent Grand is located at the center of beautiful Grace Bay. The pool is heavenly - prettier than the photos - and just about 25 yards long so it's perfect for us lap swimmers. There is also tennis, a fitness center, and a spa on-site. Over 20 restaurants are within walking distance. Everything from take-out Thai or pizza to elegant beachfront al fresco dining is available. A gourmet grocery store is also within walking distance, as are many shops.
Golf, scuba diving, swimming and tennis are some of the activities we really enjoy when we're there and we're happy to answer questions you might have about these and other things to do on the island.

Greetings. We live in Colorado. We've been married a really long time and have 3 kids, a daughter and twin boys, in college at the University of Colorado. Scott is a structural engineer specializing in bridges and Judy is a fee-only financial planner. We both own our own firms. Scott is a partner in McNary Bergeron Associates and Judy owns McNary Financial Planning. We work hard and love what we do. We enjoy being active and ski at Winter Park all winter long but think fondly of our home-away-from-home in Turks & Caicos when we get tired of shoveling snow. - Scott and Judy McNary

We are avid scuba divers and have vacationed throughout the Caribbean. We kept coming back to Turks and Caicos because we loved the beautiful wall diving, the beach, and the friendliness of the people there.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The infinity pool at the Regent Grand is our personal 'best pool ever'. We walk the beach, use the shower by the walkway, then swim in the pool. Or we play tennis, then swim in the pool. It's fantastic. The staff at Regent Grand is extraordinary. The on-site bar is fantastic and the facility is well-maintained throughout. We feel pampered while there.
