Open the gates to Courtyard Villas and you enter a different world. The courtyard is lined with royal palms and is accentuated by fountains and tile work. A short walk through the quiet shade of the trees leads you to our 3 bedroom 31/2 bath air-conditioned villa. One Master Bedroom Suite has a Queen size bed, a private full bath and a Terrace overlooking the courtyard. Our 2nd Master bedroom has a private full bath.
The 3rd floor bedroom has two twin beds, a private full bath and its own Terrace. Downstairs, you'll find our living room with a TV, stereo system, Internet access, comfortable seating and a 1/2 bath . When you get hungry, the dining area is right off the Gourmet Kitchen. The kitchen features new appliances, a large central island with granite top and is fully stocked for all your needs.
Exit the kitchen or living area to get to the Private Pool with its back porch, lounge areas and a built in gas grill. Sit outside on the front porch in the teak Adirondack chairs . Ceiling fans are in every room, including the porches.
Playa Langosta Beach is 1 block away. A short walkj down a tree line path takes you to a secluded beach with nearly 180 degree views of the horizon. Watch local fishermen fish from the rocks. Surf or boogie board in the waves. Take a long walk on the beach and collect shells. Enjoy the surf, the sun and, of course, the beautiful sunsets without the crowds
The restaurants and nightlife of Tamarindo is but a mile away.

Why the Owner Chose Tamarindo
Costa Rica offers so many possibilities. The beaches, the wildlife, the forests, the activities and the eco friendly countryside all lead us to buy a home here. We loved the fact that Playa Langosta is not over-developed like Tamarindo but has access to its amenities.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We are one block from a beach that is nearly empty most times. Sunsets on this beach are gorgeous with a view of the horizon that goes on forever. Our villa is close to a supermarket to get food and supplies yet isolated enough to be quiet and serene The courtyard of the villa is European styled with running fountains, huge Royal palms, benches and the sounds of local birds. Should there be any problems the management company is right across the street and reliably take care of the villa and the grounds. A security guard is present at night within the gated community.
The town of Tamarindo has a large beach known for surfing. The town has many restaurants, bars, stores and surf schools.
1 block from the villa, this quiet secluded beach has unbelievable sunsets with a nearly 180 degree view of the horizon.
Take a boat ride with a local guide and see birds, crocodiles and howler monkeys.
