Superb skiing and boarding is minutes away at Winter Park and Mary Jane. Catch the free shuttle to the ski area right in front of the townhome. Tubing at the Fraser Tubing Hill is a fun break from skiing and a treat for the kids. Snowshoeing, Cross Country skiing and Snowmobiling are all close by. Grand County has over 600 miles of public trails. In summer enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, tennis, golfing and more. My wife and I live in Denver. We enjoy spending time with our four boys at the Townhome. They like the snowboarding and snowmobiling, and we like relaxing with a good book and glass of wine and watching the sunset over Byers Peak.

The local Safeway supermarket, a great local coffee roaster and a well stocked wine and liquor store are just a few minutes away. The townhome is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants in Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash and Granby. Historic Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park are a short drive.
