We were born and raised in Washington State, and because of a job transfer now live in Houston, Texas. Our children are grown and we can hardly wait to retire to Nicaragua until then, you have the opportunity to enjoy our home in paradise.

We have been traveling throughout Central America for the last 5 years,looking for our retirement destination. When we saw this property we knew we had found our new home, the surf and white sand beach are one of the best we have experienced.
