Imagine yourself laying on your hammock under the palm tree roofed veranda in front of your pool enjoying the fresh afternoon breezes and the fantastic tropical sunsets just a 5 minutes walk from the turquoise and crystal clear water of pristine Las Ballenas beach.
The villa has a 80 sq. mts. terrace, covered with a hand built palm tree leaves roof in the local traditional style, which gives it its unique tropical atmosphere. The terrace is furbished with hammocks, locally hand made ethnic lamps and a large L shaped sofa set to create an atmosphere that will help you relax, share time with your loved ones or read a book while enjoying colorful tropical sunsets and hearing the sounds of the breeze, birds and other small tropical animals from the surrounding jungle. It also features two dining tables with sitting space for up to 10 people.
There is a spacious 50 sq. mts swimming pool surrounded by a 62 sq. mts wooden deck appropriate for sunbathing and provided with 6 sunbeds. The pool is perfectly integrated with the terrace so that it seems to be a part of the inside living space on one hand and is the natural connection of the villa with its garden on the other hand.
A 700 sq. mts. beautifully landscaped tropical garden surrounds the house. Every plant in the garden has been carefully selected for both its beauty and in its constant sequence of floration all year round.

For those of us who enjoy the tropic and the beauty of unspoiled nature Las Terrenas is currently one of the last paradises left on earth, with the right mixture of unspoiled beaches, coral reefs right off shore, coconuts and jungle on the background and a typical and authentic Caribbean village furnished with the right amount of good quality restaurants and small night bars on the beach to make life enjoyable. A place for travelers and not for "all inclusive" seekers.

A beautiful beach with crystal clear turquoise waters just 350 meters walk from the villa with a French owned restaurant serving delicious fresh seafood during the day. Having a swimming pool just outside the living room. 80 m2 of comely built and decorated fresh and wide terrace, made of local typical cane roof, in which is possible to spend the afternoons under the shade enjoying the garden view and the refreshing breeze. To cuddle in a hammock or the outside sofa while the rain slides down the cane roof, it is a romantic and relaxing view and feeling. Eating breakfast in the terrace while watching birds and other small tropical animals feed on flowers and wandering around the bushes. My name is Jose Manuel and I was born in Venezuela in September 1980. I have been living and working between Spain and Italy since 2005. My main job is as manager of a small hotel in Gran Canaria. I graduated in economics in Venezuela and studied further in the UK. I lived in California on an AFS cultural program for one year back in 1998. I like swimming, scuba diving, kite surfing, eating a great deal of red meat, to spend time with my beloved ones, skiing, modern art and traveling.
