Enjoy a retreat to the Poco Loco Ranch, 250 acres of breathtaking land, nestled in the Texas Hill County on the Guadalupe River. Just 10 minutes from Boerne, the Poco Loco Ranch is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The scenery is breathtaking and the accommodations are delightful.
This beautiful secluded ranch retreat has a main house, guest house and game room. The main house includes 3 bedrooms - 2 kings, two fulls, 2 fold-out sofas and 1 1/2 baths. The guest house has a large bedroom with a queen and a double bed, a private kitchen and private bathroom. The game room has a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foos ball tables (2), and many other diversions. All three structures have fireplaces.
There are 250 acres for hiking and exploring along with 4 small caves. The entire property is ideal for bird watching and wildlife viewing (deer, turkey, armadillos, owls, etc). Or watch White tail or Axis Deer from one of the many flagstone porches as they roam the acreage. There is a BBQ Grill and a Smoker - for grilling and entertaining. And there is ½ mile of shaded Guadalupe River bank for swimming, tubing, fishing, or just enjoying. (The wonderful solitude of the upper reaches of the Guadalupe River offers a 15 minute tube ride along our banks or a longer trip to the nearby bridge.) Enjoy your evening by watching nightly shooting stars. This brand new listing offers a wonderful place for reunions of family and/or friends or just a casual retreat. As an additional bonus, your rental includes a free Hay Ride to offer an overview of the entire property.
