This fabulous Victorian home built in 1920 and was completely renovated in 2006.
The location of this awesome home is just perfect. Located 1 block from the beach and boardwalk on 22nd Ave in North Wildwood. This area is a residential, clean and so very lovely. While relaxing on the front porch of this home you can hear the roar of the waves, sea gull looking for food and the screams from the daring on the roller coaster. The lay out of this home is great.
You enter via a large front porch that consists of wicker furniture and ceiling fans. On the 1st floor is a large living room decorated in palm tree decor with a 54" screen TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, pantry with a HE front loader washer/dryer, master king sized bedroom and a full bath. The 2nd floor has 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin over doubles, a sitting room that converts to a bedroom at night, full bath, and another fully equipped kitchen w/a deck to sit out and enjoy.
The 3rd floor is accessed by walking through the sitting room. This floor has 1 queen bedroom with a sitting room consisting of a double futon, 1 bedroom with a full bed and a bathroom with a shower. The outside of this home is great to have your entire family enjoy a cookout, complete with gas grill, picnic tables, outside enclosed shower, and a large fenced in back yard to enjoy. Parking is no problem, this home has 2 driveways enough for 8 cars!! Each bedroom has it own TV, home has Wi-Fi, 2 zoned central air, cable TV and linens for your convenience. If you want 1st class in a great location this is the home for you!!

We bought rental homes in this location because we love it here. We even moved here ourselves!! You have everything here, beautiful clean free beaches, boardwalk, boating, dining, music, plays, dancing, bike riding, just everything! You just have to visit you will be hooked too.

Hi. We want to thank you in advance for renting our one of our homes. We always wanted a home at the shore, so in 1999, we bought our first home at the Jersey Shore. We had no idea that the next year the market would go crazy and increase in value the way it did. So, we took advantage and bought and sold about 14 homes until we finally found the homes we loved. We came into the Wildwoods and fell in love with the beaches, the boardwalk and all the activities it had to offer. We sold our last home in ocean city in 2004 and purchased our beloved 312 E 19th Ave Victorian duplex. It was in a perfect location, but needed a little work so, we restored this home that would have been knocked down for new condos. Again in 2005, we purchased and renovated our 13 BR home located at 224 E 20th. In 2006 we purchased and renovated our 6 BR 321 E 22nd Ave home, lastly, and final, we bought our 129 E Taylor home in Wildwood and renovated that. We have 4 beautiful Victorians that we rent out to our lovely guests year after year. Most of our guests are considered "Repeaters" and love to stay in our homes. The best option we have is that if your family grows or gets smaller we can accommodate most any size family. Our homes range from 2 bedrooms to 13 bedrooms and several in between. During our down time, my husband and I are both RNs and work part time at a local hospital in the ICU. During the winter, we fine tune all our homes and touch them up to make them even more comfortable for our guests. Take a look at all our homes at our website.
