Excellent location in Big Boulder resort, walking distance to Big Boulder Ski area. The foliage and leaves turning in the fall is beautiful. Home back right up to the woods. Lift tickets are good at Big Boulder or Jack Frost! Ski both mountains with one ticket. Take a fishing/sail boat or kayak right from the beach. Play golf at one (or two) of the many amazing and challenging golf courses or relax at the Spa. This home backs to the woods and often deer and other wildlife can be seen right off the deck. Enjoy the night life at Shenanigans located one mile away or one of the many other dining/social establishments. The home has newer carpet and has new sofa bed in living room and two new Flat screens. We keep the home in immaculate shape for our guests.
Living room has a 40" HDTV Flat screen. Master bedroom has a 26" Flat screen. Every bedroom has a T.V.with cable, We provide 50" T.V. and Playstation 2 with games in the loft for gaming. Board games are provided for additional inside fun and beach toys for some outside fun. We also provide DVD, VCR, CD. DON'T FORGET YOUR IPOD!...we provide a IPOD docking station to play your personal music collection. We also provide high speed wireless internet service for your lap top.
Nearby activities include skiing, snowboarding, white water rafting, water parks, fishing, tennis-200 ft from home, paintball skirmish, mini golf, the Galleria, Crossings outlets, Nascar, casinos and spa's. Enjoy warming up to a fire in this cozy home or the many outdoor activities.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We enjoy snowboarding, skiing, snowmobiles and ATV's in the winter and the swimming, tennis, hiking, boating and the Lake Mountain club in the summer. We are .5 mile away from the new Boulder View with great food and a beach bar. At night we often go out with friends to Shenanigan's, it is right down the street.
