Spacious home located in The Big Boulder Resort right before you hit the slopes. Lift tickets (not included) are good at Jack Frost or Big Boulder. We supply all the amenities like, paper towels, bath paper, tissues, hand soap, Napkins etc. The home is very spacious and has 30 foot ceilings in the great room. Near many activities, restaurants and the indoor water park H20000. The home comes with 10 passes to the Lake Mountain club. The club has heated pool (if heat is needed) a small children’s pool, fishing, boating, (Sailboats, fishing boats, Canoe, Rowboats, Kayaks & paddle boats). The beach is located at the lake in front of the pool and has a roped off swimming area with an Aqua Jumper. There are also showers, Tennis, kids activities, playground, table tennis, horse shoes and a Sand bar next door at Boulder View on the Lake. There are also many restaurants and other activities close to Big Boulder. The sand bar is also located 50 yards away at Boulder View. Entire home recently painted, new flat screen T.V's, ranging from 42" to 27" flat screen HD. recently updated with Fairway decking, new stainless steel appliances and newer carpets.

Excellent location in Big Boulder resort. Great location with many activities and restaurants. Rental comes with passes to Lake Mountain beach club. This home backs to the woods and often deer and other wildlife can be seen off the deck. Enjoy your night at Shenanigans and Big Boulder View located .5 mile away or one of the many other dining/social establishments. This home is in a great location, located right above Big Boulder parking lot. H2OOOO indoor year round water park is 5 minutes away. We keep the home clean and comfortable with all the amentities for our guests. We do not charge any extra fees for cleaning. We also provide hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, napkins and toiletries. We also provide brochures for local activities and dining. We email you directions to dining, super markets and activities prior to your arrival. RENTAL INCLUDES GUEST PASSES TO LAKE MOUNTAIN CLUB IN SUMMER Open May 28th thru September 5th. Lake Mountain Club is a private club with pool, Lake with beach, Tennis, Horse shoes, Table Tennis, Play Ground and boat rental. The lake has a roped off swimming area with a water bounce/slide located in the water for children. Boulder view with sand bar and dining is right next to the beach.
Great room has a 42" HDTV Flat screen. Master bedroom and 3rd bedroom upstairs has a 26" HDTV Flat screen. Every bedroom has a T.V.with cable, Board games are provided for additional inside fun and beach toys for some outside fun. We also provide DVD,and CD player and a selection of DVD's to watch. DON'T FORGET YOUR IPOD OR IPHONE!...we provide a IPOD-IPHONE docking station to play your personal music collection. We also provide high speed wireless internet service for your lap top.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We enjoy snowboarding, skiing, snowmobiles and ATV's in the winter and swimming, tennis, hiking, boating and the Lake Mountain club in the summer. The home is located above the Big Boulder parking lot. We are .5 mile away from Boulder View with great food and a beach bar. At night we often go out with friends to Shenanigan's, it is right down the street.

My family and I stayed here over NYE weekend and it was awesome!! Perfect location...quiet area, very good for families!! The house was clean and it perfect condition! The owner was great with questions and always got back to me promptly!! I would definitely stay here again!! Strongly recommend!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a quiet getaway for a few days...and absolutely loved it! Our FAVORITE features of this property are the fireplace, jetted tub, and the quiet outdoor balcony in the back. Place is very clean, spacious, nice layout, and it even includes washer, dryer and dishwasher! If you have kids (or other guests), there is even an extra bathroom, two bedrooms, and a small sitting area (with board games) upstairs for the kids/guests! The area is beautiful as well - ski slopes nearby, lake, woods (but not too woodsy that you feel like you're "out in the middle of no where"). This place is perfect, because you can choose to spend your time as a "quiet getaway" and/or have fun with all of the nearby activities! Owner responded quickly to my inquiry, was very friendly and accomodating, and recommended many fun activities nearby. We could tell that the owner wants guests to enjoy their stay here...and we absolutely did! We would definately consider coming back again! Thank you for renting us your nice place so that we could get a relaxing "break from the city!"

We have rented in the Poconos for years, and this was the nicest place we ever stayed. Unit was EXTREMELY clean....these photos look great, but the unit was even more beautiful then I expected. The owners have provided every amenity and were very nice people. Additionally, the location was amazing. You could walk to Big Boulder and just hang out by the fire for the night. I am definitely renting again next year :)
