Arrowhead has 180 acres of skiable terrain, 12 trails, a vertical drop of 1,700 feet and one high-speed chair. With the Village-to-Village Trail, the trails of Arrowhead are linked with Beaver Creek Village and Bachelor Gulch, creating 1,625 acres of skiable terrain on Beaver Creek Mountain.

Why the Owner Chose Arrowhead Mountain Resort
We love the outdoors, skiing, and the Vail Valley. Todd & Samantha have been skiing and hiking for years, and our 5 year old daughter started skiing at age 2! After spending an entire season living and working in the Vail area a few years ago, we decided we wanted a place to come to as often as possible. The skiing is fantastic, and the summers are spectacular! Nothing beats escaping the Atlanta summer swelter than coming up into the mountains to hike, bike, swim, and fish!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our home is steps from both the ski lift and the pool. In every season, we have myriad amenities to enjoy here. A playground and free tennis courts are a short walk away, along with golf, fishing and numerous activities at the Arrowhead Alpine Club. Beaver Creek Village and the Town of Vail are just short drives. In the Ski Season, we can either ski directly over to Beaver Creek via our chairlift at the base of Arrowhead mountain or take the free shuttle buses that run every 15 minutes. The heated pool and hot-tub are right outside our front door. Our home has an entry directly from the underground parking garage, making access in even the heaviest winter storms care-free.

We've stayed in this townhome twice ... it's at the top of our list! You can see the pool and hot tub area from the kitchen window so that tells you how close you are. The ski lift is just a few steps further ... and there's a ski closet at the front door! The open floor plan makes it perfect for family gatherings ... AND covered parking!

With 4 adults and 2 children, we needed 3 bedrooms with bathrooms for our family vacation that included stays in both July and August. This townhome was the perfect fit...great location and beautiful home! The townhome is spacious, well furnished and well maintained. We enjoyed the surrounding area, and all outdoor activities were within walking distance...especially the pool! And, Beaver Creek being only a short drive away was an added benefit. We knew our vacation had been a success when our grandchildren began asking when they could return! The owners were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with! We would definitely recommend their townhome to anyone looking for a special vacation!

We had a wonderful family trip here. The townhome is right across the path from the pool which my children loved. The tennis courts and playground are very close by. My husband enjoyed fly fishing on the river in Arrowhead and we were able to access the bike path that goes from Avon to Edwards. Also, we enjoyed having lunch and dinner at the Vista restaurant located in the Country Club of the Rockies which is across the street from the townhome. We loved being so close to Edwards, Avon, Beaver Creek and Vail.

My family recently had the privilege of staying in this lovely townhome. We were all first struck by the convenience of its location, situated just down the steps from the Arrowhead chairlift. Its truly easy ski in - ski out location was wonderful for our teenagers and elementary age daughter. The townhome itself is very well appointed with plenty of room to spread out and to visit or entertain in the common areas. The furnishings are very tasteful and comfortable, complete with all the amenities. Finally, the owners of this townhome are flexible, accessible, and very responsive, making bookings and communications a breeze. I would strongly recoomend this townhome.

Our extended family stayed in the house for a wedding which took place across the street. The pool was across the sidewalk and was delightful. We also did some hiking and the 6 year old loved the playground and the pool. The house was spacious enough for 8 of us and we didn't even hear our new grandson crying in the middle of the night. Overall it was a good choice and we all had a fun weekend.

This is a great property for a couple of families to enjoy the Beaver Creek resort area. Covered parking, and only steps away from the pool, ski ticket office, and Arrowhead lift. The Arrowhead area is great, and less expensive than staying in Beaver Creek. You can easily ski over to Beaver Creek, or shuttles run all day at preset times.
