We just checked out of the unit today. Our stay was lovely. The condo was clean, updated and in a great location on the beach. The 2 pools were clean and the 6 grills outside for our use made it very nice to cook in a night. It was well maintained and had everything we needed as far as utensils and appliances. There was plenty of bed space for us however the pictures were deceiving. It appeared to have more room than we discovered. I thought it would be comparable to a motel but it was smaller than the motel my sister was staying at. The living area was very tiny. We were lucky to have beautiful weather because if we needed to remain indoors it would have been cramped. There were 4 in our party but we invited our friend from Delaware over for the night and it was tight. We had to unfold the dining table to utilize the pull out couch. If we had the table extended to play games in the evening it was hard to maneuver around to get to the kitchen. I think they could have utilized the space a little better. We cooked in once and it was nice to have the option to eat outside on the sundeck. There was no view of the ocean from our room. We could sit outside and look across the street to another resort. I think this unit would be better suited for a couple alone or with one small child. Our kids are 12 and 15 and with my friend and her son there just wasn't enough room. As far as the condo as a whole my only complaint was that there were only 2 luggage carts to the entire building. We woke up at 5:30am to pack the car and get a head start on the road and both carts were in use. I can't imagine everyone checking out and fighting over 2 carts. We had to carry everything to the car. It took the 4 of us 3 trips each.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. You have a really nice place in a great location. The condo itself was really clean, in great shape, and nicely decorated. The space saving dining table was a great choice for the living room area, and the flat screen TV with built in DVD player is a nice feature. With respect to the Summer Sands as a whole, obviously it's terrific being on the beach block, but you are also an easy walk to Sunset Lake, the Rambler Road park area, and some of our favorite places for breakfast such as the Sand Castle. The Wildwood boardwalk and Cape May are just short drives away. Our 3 year old daughter loved going to the pool, and with Summer Sands having two pools, we had one of them to ourselves for a couple hours each day. I saw the Summer Sands staff regularly cleaning the pool areas and even giving the four commercial grade gas grills on site a good scrubbing. What a difference from some of the area hotels that charge the same, if not more. It was definitely tough to leave when our stay was over!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

A deposit of 50% of the total rental charge is required in order to confirm the reservation. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
All reservations will be charged a $75 lease fee. A minimum $200 security deposit is required on all rentals or purchase of property damage protector insurance. Taxes are included.
