Welcome to The Summit! Come on in, put your feet up, and make yourself at home in our one bedroom unit located on the eighth floor (808). As you step out onto the balcony, you will be faced with the most majestic, sugar white beaches in the world.
We strive on maintaining our condo and providing all the comforts of home. The Summit Condominium Beach Resort is located at 8743 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach. This complex has everything you will need for a memorable vacation; two large Olympic-sized pools (one heated), two children's pools, two outdoor hot tubs, indoor spa, poolside store, snack bar, game room, tiki bar, oyster bar, indoor exercise rooms with saunas, and many, many other amenities... too many to list.

Regulations set by State Fire Marshall allow only six guests per unit.
With 912 square feet, this unit offers plenty of space. Our privately owned unit will comfortably sleep six with one king-sized bed, two bunk beds in a hallway alcove, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the family room. The family room and bedroom each have 27" TVs with remotes. The family room also has a VCR/DVD and a CD Player. Our unit has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, full stove/oven, cooking utensils provided, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and newly added washer/dryer.
For your convenience, we now accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery. Must be 25 or older to rent. No Pets and No Smoking.
Cancellation Policy:
12 weeks notice- all deposit refunded
10-11 weeks- 75% returned 25% kept
8-9 weeks- 50% returned 50% kept
5-7 weeks- 25% returned 75% kept
less than 4 weeks- 100% kept
