Welcome to The Summit! Come on in, put your feet up, and make yourself at home in one of my condos. I own two 1-bedroom units, Unit 129 & Unit 808. The Summit is located on the edge of the most majestic, sugar white beaches in the world.
I strive on maintaining my condos to provide for my guests all the comforts of home. The Summit Condominium Beach Resort is located at 8743 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach. This complex has everything you will need for a memorable vacation; two large Olympic-sized pools (one heated), two children's pools, two outdoor hot tubs, indoor spa, poolside store, snack bar, game room, tiki bar, oyster bar, indoor exercise rooms with saunas, and many, many other amenities... too many to list.

Regulations set by State Fire Marshall allow only six guests per unit.
With 912 square feet, each unit offers plenty of space. My privately owned units will comfortably sleep six with one king-sized bed in each unit, two bunk beds in a hallway alcove in each unit, and a brand new queen-sized sofa sleeper in the family room of each unit. The family room and bedroom each have TVs with remotes. My condos have fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, dishwashers, refrigerators with ice maker, full stove/ovens, cooking utensils provided, toasters, blenders, coffee makers, and newly added washer/dryer in unit 808.
For your convenience, I now accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery. Must be 21 or older to rent. N0 PETS & NO SMOKING.
Cancellation Policy:
12 weeks notice- all deposit refunded
10-11 weeks- 75% returned 25% kept
8-9 weeks- 50% returned 50% kept
5-7 weeks- 25% returned 75% kept
less than 4 weeks- 100% kept

Well, a little bit about me. I wear many hats. I'm a school bus driver. I've been driving a school bus since 1990. In 2005 I obtained a Real Estate license. I'm a Sales Associate with Prudential Small Town Realty. These two jobs keep me pretty busy but I love it!!!
I work all the time right now, but retirement is in view.!.!.!.
I'm the mother of three wonderful children, and one precious granddaughter. Her name is Mikinzee but we call her Kinz!!! Kinz just celerated her 2nd birthday, Feb. 2010. She's growing up way too fast. I just love it when she calls me Grammy. I have another little baby in my life and her name is Bella. A beautiful Yorkshire Terrier. Bella is my precious baby.!.!.!. Never thought I would want a house dog, but Bella changed that.
In 2003 I purchased my first vacation rental. I purchased Unit 808 at the Summit Condominium Resort in Panama City Beach, FL. In 2009 I purchased a second condo at the Summit, Unit 129. I do my best to keep my condos rented as much as possible .... so if you love Panama City Beach ... I would love to have you visit the Summit.
