The condo (H306) is a one bedroom, 2 bath which is located on the third floor of the desirable H building. It is across the street from the popular, white sand Kamaole II Beach. The building sits back from the road, and yet it is a short walk to the beach. There is a corridor ocean view from the lanai. You can sometimes see whales swimming by during the winter season.

BRAND NEW remodeled bathrooms. Beautiful tile floors and showers, wood cabinets, granite counters, custom framed mirrors make an outstanding combination. See the still photos of the new bathrooms. The video shows the "Before" remodeled bathrooms.
The condo is decorated in a tropical style and has original paintings to carry out the theme. The pineapple decorated dishes are a luxury touch. The new floors are a real upgrade as you can see in the video and photos. In mid-June we will be remodeling both bathrooms with tile and granite and lyptus wood cabinets.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, and two air conditioners and two overhead fans for your comfort. A king size bed is another advantage that we offer. Check out what our guests said about the bed in the reviews.
We have FREE inter-island phone calls and unlimited calls to Mainland US and Canada. The WiFi access is FREE also.
Picture you and your loved ones just going across the street to the popular white sand beach. The pools and tennis courts are ready for your use. Shopping and several restaurants are within a short walking distance. A few minutes in the car to the South takes you to the ritzy hotels, golf, restaurants and fancy shops of Wailea.

Why the Owner Chose Maui Banyan
We already had a condo in this area, so we were well acquainted with the many advantages of being in South Maui. We knew that Maui Banyan was well maintained and was a popular vacation destination. It is so convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. How relaxing to be able to leave the car in the garage! The condo is the perfect getaway location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love eating our "at-home" meals on the lanai. We can see the ocean from there, and in winter time, we have even seen whales swimming by. Walking to the beach is a big plus. We swim in the morning, and often go back to watch the beautiful sunsets.
Just walk across the street to this popular, white sand beach. Snorkel at either end of the beach. The sunsets are spectacular. Either go out on the sand or sit on the sea wall and watch the colors change.

My husband is a retired school teacher. We are both artists and belong to a couple of local art groups. We enjoy going out to paint with other artists and to enjoy the many beautiful sights of Maui. We love to be on Maui and spend time at the beach. Having access to the beach right across the street is so convenient for swimming, walking or just watching the sunset.

This was a last minute decision on the part of my husband and myself and we were so very lucky to find a window of opportunity at the Maui Banyan. You might guess that this is a very popular time of year, just weeks prior to the "high season". We were very pleasantly surprised. Not sure the pictures did the condo justice. You will fall in love with the wonderful art work on the walls, done by the owners, Doug and Linda. The piece de resistance were the two beautifully renovated bathrooms which we used as his and hers. The new flooring also adds a unique difference to all tile floors in other condos. Probably the only thing that would make this any better would be to pick the condo up and put it right on the beach, of course then it would be unaffordable....A great trip made even better by the more than accommodating owners! Right from the first phone call, it was a pleasure booking with Linda. She made the experience of booking our own trip for the first time so easy. The condo was perfect in every way, it had everything we needed and more. Just having the beach towels, cooler and beach umbrella was a plus. It was the most relaxing vacation ever, we spent a lot of time at the beach snorkelling, reading and relaxing. At night we loved cooking our own dinners and eating out on the Lanai . Or walking across the street with our wine where we had a front row seat to watch the most unbelievable sunsets you will ever see. We have already booked our next holiday and can hardly wait. Aloha!

Super Maui Banyan Condo

We had a great 10 days at this Maui Banyan condo. The unit was clean, well furnished , and everything you can think of was supplied. All of the kitchen appliances and utensils you could ever want were available. If you rent this unit , check under the bathroom counters before you go out for shampoo's ,saving creams etc, the owners leave everything that other people have left behind in the condo for your use. Ocean view is great ,we saw whales spouting several times, even though most of them are on their way north. Three super beaches are right across the street, there is a seawall for sitting on and drinking your morning coffee. Maui Banyan is very nicely landscaped, the pools are nice. We enjoyed having a sliding glass door off the bedroom as well as the living room, nice cool breezes, especially at night, we hardly used the air conditioning. Linda & Doug have their own art work on the walls, very nice, very talented people, very nice and easy to deal with. We were extremly comfortable here and would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

Aloha! This condo was 17 days of pure relaxation for my husband and I! It was everything we hoped it would be and more. The condo was super clean (and I'm picky! I travel with a Swiffer!). The new wood floors were gorgeous and so clean It was a pleasure to walk barefoot! The kitchen was very well equipped but we used it mainly for breakfast and lunch since there are so many cheap and wonderful restaurants within a 5 minute walk. (We love Fred's and Moose's upstaires from Fred's, Cafe 0 lei, Shaka Pizza, Maui Thai and Bistro 808 where you can bring your own wine.) Another fantastic feature was the 2 full bathrooms: My husband and I didn't even have to share! There were plenty of towels. The washer/dryer was so handy to have and because of that we didn't have to bring a lot of clothes (leaves room in your luggage for shopping!) The building the condo is in is very convenient, and closest to the front pool. Talking about pools, they are really beautiful and well maintained with fantastice BBQ area and eating area. The grouds are so lush and full of colour that it's a treat just to walk around the complex. Parking is very easy and there are shopping carts that really help with getting groceries into the condo. The staff at the Banyan are also very helpful with everything you might need. As a Facebook addict I really appreciated having the wi-fi so I could brag about what a wonderful time I was having to all my friends back home. I shopped around a lot for nice condos at good prices on VRBO and I hit jackpot with this one! In conclusion, can't say enough good things about this place. Linda is wonderful to do business with and I still enjoy exchanging e-mails with her about Maui. I am renting from her again in April. Enjoy!

My wife and I have stayed in this fabulous condo 5 times and every time it just gets better. Great location, great condo complex with all the trimmings and the new hardwood floors are fantastic. The booking arrangements are simple and uncomplicated and just after arriving a wonderful check-up call from Linda to make sure everything was ok..."Nice touch". The free long distance calls and free internet certainly come in handy, however you're on holidays...Go to the beach it's just across the street! Two TV's + Two full bathrooms = "Happy Maui Vacationeers" If you're looking for a home away from home with a tastefully beautiful Hawaiian island touch, this is your condo to book...No question we will be back for another enjoyable stay (Hopefully very soon!).

Our three week visit is quickly coming to an end. We have enjoyed our stay in your well equipped condo. We particularly enjoyed having long distance access to Canada to keep in touch with family and friends. We have stayed at the Banyan some nine times over the years and always enjoyed our stay.
