Our 2 bedroom /2 bath condo is located in a cozy oceanfront retreat.
Additional pet fees apply.
If you would like to bring your pet, please tell us the type, weight, and other details (housebroken, hypoallergenic, etc)
All new kitchen! New stainless appliances, new cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, paint, trim work.
All new bathrooms! New vanities with granite countertops, new ceramic tile floors, new chair height toilets, new paint and white trim.
We've added a marble tile surround with shower to the jacuzzi tub in the master bath.
We've repainted the condo throughout. Now decorated in the cool beaches colors of sea blue and sunny yellow with all bright white trimwork and new 6 panel doors throughout.
ALL NEW DEN FURNISHINGS: New sleeper sofa, chair, coffee table, rug, and pictures. Also new wall-mounted flat panel LCD TV.
Jetted tub in Master bathroom. Queen bed in Master bedroom, twin beds in 2nd bedroom, and queen sofa sleeper in the den.

This 5 story complex with an elevator is just steps away from the best beach on Hilton Head Island with beautiful ocean views from your balcony.
There is a large oceanfront courtyard and swimming pool with a kiddie pool. FREE TENNIS is available.
Parking is conveniently located at the front of building. Our complex has it's own boardwalk directly to the beach. Enjoy grilling and eating outdoors on the picnic tables in the courtyard. Lots of green lawns to enjoy around the complex or rent bikes and bike the many paths along the South Forest Beach and Sea Pines areas.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Oceanfront Property - NO street to cross to get to beach. Great location in South Forest Beach. Just 1/2 mile to all activities of Coligny Circle which has over 60 beach shops, restaurants, unique shops, internet cafe, ice cream shops, fudge stores, and even a small theatre. There are nice, wide, paved bike/pedestrian paths all along South Forest Beach Drive and Pope Avenue. This area of the beach is ideal for riding bikes at low tide. Lots of space on the beach in front of our complex for laying out or playing beach games.

Came for a quick weekend trip and had a wonderful time! This updated condo had plenty of room and was extremely clean and tidy. The proximity to everything on the island and the pool/beach is so convenient and made for both a relaxing and fun filled trip! Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will be back myself!

Very hard to find any pet friendly on Hilton Head, but this was perfect for us. We have 2 small dogs; a Boston terrier and a Scotty who loved the big green yard..about 2 acres and chasing the rabbitts that are in the brush by the beach.Listening to the surf was an added bonus at night. Highly reccomend this villa for pet owners. Your pets need a vacation too. We will be back here.

The owners of the villa have done a fantastic job of updating the unit. It does have all the high-end amenities you expect--flat screen TV's, granite, hardwood floors, stainless appliances and very nice bedding and artwork. We were disappointed in the building itself. The building needs some updating. The parking lot floods when it rains, the stairwell gets about an inch of standing water after a rain. The sprinkler system went off for 30+ hours straight spraying a mist of water onto the balcony for the unit. There is a decent walk through grass to the beach access--the building really needs a path that allows you to keep your feet/shoes clean after using the wash off area. (They cut the grass while we were there--so we rinsed our feet, walked through the grass and were covered up to the ankle with grass clippings by the time we got to the unit). The only disappointment was not having a washer/dryer in the unit or even in the building for that matter. It is hard to travel with children--without a washer and dryer. We were very appreciative to have the ability to travel with our dog--this is a dog friendly building so many of the other guests had dogs. Overall the unit was really nice and well equipped, but the building owners need to do a little spruce up and add washer/dryer capability.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.
