This luxurious condominium is located right on the Gulf and has all the amenities for a relaxing vacation. You won't be disappointed with the comforts that this condo offers. The view of the beach from the balcony is extraordinary. You can relax there for hours on the comfortable padded lounge chairs or you can enjoy your favorite TV shows on the plush sofa/love seat watching the high definition flat screen TV in the living room (or pop a movie in the DVD player). We've also provided playing cards, board games, puzzles, etc. for you to enjoy.
This condo sleeps 8 in two comfortable bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom, a bunk room with bunk beds and a queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. All beds have high count linen providing a great night's sleep. You can fall asleep to your favorite TV shows on the flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the bunk room (DVD players in both bedrooms and bunk room also). The 2 full bathrooms are spacious and we provide full size towels.
Like to cook? The condo features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door. This fabulous kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal or bring in take-out to entertain family and friends. The elegant dining area is perfect for entertaining small and large groups. The pub dining table has six leather chairs and can be extended to seat eight.
This beautiful beachfront condo has quality furnishings and first-rate finishes throughout including custom draperies, crown moulding, ceramic tile, and carpeted floors.
Don't forget the extras located in the amenities building next to the main building: gulf front fitness center, sauna, hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool, and zero entry interactive kiddie pool with fountains and sprays. The Seawind Condominiums property offers everything I need to make my vacation complete. Besides being directly on the beach, having access to a gulf front fitness center, sauna, indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub on the premises is a major plus. The property is centrally located in Gulf Shores and I enjoy the short walk to restaurants (the Waffle House and Sea N' Suds) and other activities.

As you can see from the photos, this unit is very nicely decorated (no seashells and pastels!). The appliances are modern and attractive, countertops in kitchen and baths are very nice, as are the cabinets. The "bunk room" is large enough that this nice unit could easily be listed as a three bedroom. The deck furniture is nice. . . . not that white plastic stuff. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own flat screen TV. If the surf is light, a light relaxing surf sound that you can't even hear on a lower unit seems to project straight up to the balcony of this 11th floor unit. You can't go wrong here!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children.

This place is wonderful! We stayed here for a long weekend in March and are going back this July/August for more! The beach access is great. It really is just a few yards away from the end of the walkway! A lot closer than some other places we've stayed! The condo is beautiful and well equipped. Looking forward to our repeat stay!
