We all had a fantastic two weeks relaxing at this beautiful cottage. Everything was there that we needed to make it a home from home. Clean and well maintained - even a small welcome pack of essentials. Both Jim and Diane were very efficient and answered all my questions promptly. The pool area is especially good. It is about a 15 minute stroll down to 5th Avenue where there is an excellent mix of shops and resteraunts (or you can use the hotel shuttle service if you dont fancy the walk). Beaches are beautiful but parking can be a bit tricky - you will need lots of quarters!!! The photos dont really do this well appointed and situated property justice. We will definatly return to Naples in the future. Thanks again Jim and Diane for letting us use your home.

Great accomidations well equipped and appointed. Convient (although not within walking distance) to down town and the beach. Good experience. Jim is accomodating, responsive and excellent to do business with.

We spent a memorable Christmas and New Year at this very clean and well-appointed condo. The photographs listed accurately depict the layout of the place and there was plenty of space for our party of three adults. The owners, Jim and Diane, made us feel very welcome and were prompt in replying to our questions. The property is also excellently situated - only a short walk away from shops and restaurants and a pleasant stroll from the famous pier and beach (well worth a visit). Overall, we thoroughly appreciated having such a comfortable base from which to explore the attractions of Naples and the surrounding area. I would not hesitate to recommend the property to any traveler.

Excellent Property For Relaxed Family Vacation

We stayed at this property for four weeks with two adults and two little children in November 2011. We felt like home from the very first day and enjoyed both, the excellent, spacious, clean and well maintained condo as well as the resort amenities. Especially our little kids (1 and 4 years) loved the pool area which is only a two minutes foot walk from the condo. In addition to the five stars for the property, I also rate olde Naples with 5 stars: the 5th street and 3rd avenue offer great opportunities for a walk and locate excellent restaurants in a lovely environment. The Naples pier is probably one of the nicest places to enjoy the sunsets and observe dolphins. In a nutshell, if you are not solely searching for a beach vacation, this property is probably one of the best choices to combine relaxation with some activities. The listing description and listing photos give you a perfect overview of what you can expect. The owner was very helpful in answering any questions and rebooked the deposit on my credit card very soon.

A tastefully appointed two bedroom condo, complete with all the amenities needed to make our vacation in paradise fabulous!The resort facilities were awesome and the property was beautifully landscaped and manicured. We enjoyed lounging by the pools and the convenience of ordering drinks and lunches without having to go anywhere. The location was the best feature! Close to the beach, 5th Avenue shopping, the Coastal Mall and too many restaurants to mention. I was particularly thrilled to find 3 excellent organic markets/cafes nearby, Food & Thought, Whole Foods and Nature's Garden. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this vacation home!

Having experienced condos and resorts from the mountains of Colorado to the Caribbean, we must say that Naples Bay Resort ranks as the best! The accomodations were superb, with a pool complex second to none. Opportunities for shopping, great restaurants, and the incomparable Naples marinas make this location a very special place. All of this is within a pleasant walk or short drive. I would highly recommend Naples Bay Resort for couples or families who want to get away from a hurried life, and soak up some good times!

this cottage was fantastic. it was beautifully kept and the location was perfect for us. it was less than two minutes to the outstanding pool complex. the complex was even better than it looked in the photos. the owner was a pleasure to work with and all questions were answered very promptly. the beautiful beach at naples was just minutes away and shops and restaurants were all within ten to fifteen minutes drive. i would highly recommend the cottage to all my friends and family. it was an outstanding holiday for us.

Our New Favorite Place to Stay in Naples: Jim & Diane's Naples Bay Condo

Having rented countless condominiums and homes in Naples, Florida over the past 20 years, I am pleased to say that this property is among the very best in quality, amenities and value. The unit is very well appointed and the location is exceptional. The best amenities of Naples Bay Resort, including the pools (with excellent food and drink service), exercise facility and spa are literally right outside the door of the unit. The shops on Fifth Avenue are an easy 15 minute walk from the condo and Old Naples is a five minute drive away. And the beaches? Well, opportunities abound. We did not go to the same spot twice and were never more than a 10 minute drive to the condo. There is much more to rave about, but you really should experience it for yourself. The owners made the transaction very simple and were most accommodating to our every need. We intend to rent here again later this year.

Hi Jim, Wow, what a GREAT vacation! Your condo was just perfect for our family! The resort was beautiful....I visited the decked out fitness center everyday and we spent hours at the pool each afternoon! My hubby and I made quick friends with our poolside servers - Chris and Adam. What a fun couple of guys, they provided great service! All in all, we had a fantastic time and really appreciate the use of your home! Thanks again for great lodging - we may just have to book again in the future!! Cheers! Terrilyn

This pool side cottage in the heart of Naples is a wonderful place to stay. The pools are so close. The landscaping of the pool area is fabulous. Having a bar close by to order frozen drinks and lunch was the best! My 5 year old granddaughter loved the pool and lazy river. They were so safe for children. The exercise area is wonderful and yoga is available along with other spa services. The shuttle to the hotel is convenient. To the rear of the hotel are shops, boats, water, restaurants, etc. There is even a boat shuttle to take you to other eateries or beaches or just for a 45 minute trip for $5.00 a person. The people were wonderful. In the condo the furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, we had 4 adults and a 5 year old and were more than comfortable. It is clean, plenty of towels, beach necessities, and closet space. It was very quiet, we never heard noise from beside or above. We would definitely recommend the Naples Bay Resort Area to anyone vacationing in Naples.
