This split level home sits on a serene meadow overlooking beautiful Martis Valley and the Tahoe Mountain Trail. This spacious house has vaulted ceilings with three bedrooms, plus loft and three full bathrooms. The windows that encompass the living area provide ample natural light year-round. With dining for 10 this home can accommodate a large gathering.

Guests will love the large deck that spills out from the living/dining room, perfect for watching the sunset or having a family BBQ in the summer. During the winter months, enjoy the wood stove that dominates one wall of this home and the perfect sledding hill right outside the door!

The master bedroom boasts a king bed, flat screen tv and a desk with fax machine if you simply "must" get some work done. The other two bedrooms come complete with queen beds and ample closet space. The loft has a double futon and floor space for extra sleeping. Three of the beds come complete with memory foam toppers sure to make you sleep like a baby!

This home has a nice sized fully stocked kitchen complete with gourmet range. There is also radiant heat and free wireless internet.

Renters are allowed access to the homeowners association's swim and tennis club complete with full gym and games area, shuttle use to the Village and golf course near by. Easy walk to the Tahoe Mountain Trailhead.

  • Great house... lots of space and sleeping areas. Well maintained and very clean. Super location right in Northstar compound. Easy access to and from mountain by free shuttle. Small sledding hill adjacent to house for snowy days. Access to community amenities is great perk.

  • We loved this house - it's just wonderful for a family vacation! The shittle up to the village makes going for lunch or a swim so convenient! Plus the kids can come and go as they want without needing a driver. We would rent this again, for sure!
