This is a 100% newly remodeled luxury, view condo. It has a new, fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and maple cabinets. 3 flat screen TVs with cable & DVD/VCR, internet (bring your own laptop), and private book & video library.
The condo is located within the Port Ludlow Resort, which includes a restaurant and bar, large marina, world class golf course, tennis courts, indoor & outdoor pools with hot tub & sauna, gym, racquetball/squash court, trail system & beach. Situated on a protected bay between Kingston and Port Townsend....perfect for kayaking. Pt. Ludlow is only a 20 minute drive from the Edmonds/Kingston Ferry or Port Townsend.
The majority of condos in the resort are either live in owners, or second residence/private vacation use. Therefore, it tends to be a very quiet, peaceful environment instead of the "spring break" atmosphere of some vacation rentals. If you are planning a large family reunion, or get together with friends, there are other units available.

Lucky for us, this unit was available at the last minute over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was the perfect set up for two couples, with two private bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. It was very quiet, and plenty of parking. We'll stay here again next time we need a place to stay in Port Ludlow.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

What a wonderful condo!! It is beautifully decorated, bright and cheerful, comfortable and cozy, and so quiet and peaceful. The private balcony has a pretty view of the water. It's easy to tell that the owner puts so much attention to detail as the condo is well-equipped. It contained every single thing we needed for a great stay. The location is perfect and it's an easy walk over to the restaurant and marina. We LOVED dinner at the Ajax Cafe in Port Hadlock. From beginning to end, our experience was memorable and perfect! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: I enjoy getting together with my family and friends in my beautiful, luxurious condo.
Why the Owner Chose Port Ludlow:
I rented condos at this resort for 12 years before purchasing this condo. This was my special getaway place. I can get here in a little over an hour (from Edmonds), and it is incredibly relaxing. Most of the condos are used as private vacation homes, not rentals, so it tends to be very quiet. Also, this area tends to have slightly warmer, drier weather than the Seattle area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We use the pools nearly every day here. If it's hot out, we use the giant outdoor pool. If not, we use the indoor pool with the hot tub, and finish up with a sauna. We like to walk on the beach, or take a gentle hike on one of the trails. Sometimes friends bring their boat up to the marina, so we can go boating for the day, and come back here for dinner. It's about a 20 minute drive to historic Port Townsend, so we always go there.
