This home comes fully furnished and all utilities are included in price. The Master Bedroom has a large walk-in closet, a large bay window sitting area, two sinks and separate toilet area with door. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (perfect for the grandkids) there are several closets throughout the home. The living room is spacious with a formal dinning table. The Kitchen area is large with lot's of counter space for someone who enjoys cooking. There is a also a table off the kitchen for breakfast or more casual dinning. The TV is also in this large space that leads to the patio outside. The BBQ, Lounge chairs and dinning table await your outdoor enjoyment. You will look onto a large yard that has a mature landscaping and fruit trees. Also the front of the house has a patio to follow the sun for mountain sunsets.
The Sonoran Plaza and the Spa and Fitness Center in this Del Webb community offer state-of-the-art amenities for just about every interest. In addition to beautiful pools and exercise facilities additional amenities include a Softball Field, Woodworking Shops and Arts Studios. Why the Owner Chose Sun City Grand
Beautifully planned community for the active adult. The 4 premium golf courses at very affordable rates was a major draw. Also the community with so many varieties of activities to choose from made our choice an easy one. We love baseball and spring training. Also many of our friends have starting to move here in the winter months to beat the snow.
