This nicely appointed and modern 3,400 square foot floor plan offers a open living room and kitchen, formal living and dining room, three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, media and game room, and a wrap-a-round outdoor deck with multiple sitting areas. There is ample parking for two to three cars.
Upon entering the living room you will be drawn upwards towards the open beam ceilings and large picture windows which bath this residence in an abundance of natural light. The very informal and comfortable sitting area features a large TV with DVD player and cable. Wireless internet and local telephone service is provided throughout this home. Cozy up around the floor-to-ceiling river stone fireplace. This open floor plan with spacious kitchen featuring state of the art stainless steel appliances; dual convection ovens, dual door refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, garbage disposal and gas cook top range with indoor barbeque. Ideal for entertaining, there is a large granite slab island with extra bar seating.
The upscale and elegant formal living and dining room is nicely appointed with marble encased fireplace, piano and formal dining seating for eight guests.
The master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, an abundance of available closet space, master bathroom with his and hers separate dual sink vanities, marble soaking tub, and walk-in tile enclosed separate shower stall with waterfall shower head.
The wrap around deck may be accessed from many locations including the living room and master bedroom and features multiple sitting areas, gas heat lamps, and gorgeous forested views. The hot tub is available upon advanced request. There is a built-in gas barbeque with ventilation hood available for your use.
The lower level offers a large gathering and play area in a game room and media setting featuring a DVD over-head movie projector, pool table, popcorn popper and soda cooler. The third guest room on this level offers a king-size bed and there is a jack and jill bathroom.
This property is non-smoking and the owners kindly request no pets. An exception may be made for one small dog upon approval.
All bed and bath linens are provided as well as an initial supply of soap and paper products. There is full-size washer and dryer on site. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably.

Rates include local phone service, cable TV, internet, gas, electricity, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping.
