In Gruene, enjoy wine tasting at the winery, music and dancing at Gruene Hall (which is the oldest dance hall in Texas by the way!) or enjoy dining by the river at one of several great restaurants there. If you prefer lake dining, Papa Docks is a great place to go and is located at the nearby marina just after you pass Comal Beach Park. There are 6 or 8 restaurants only 5 minutes away. Enjoy tubing, boating, fishing, a swim in the pool, or just take a relaxing nature walk in the beautiful surroundings. Canyon Lake is conveniently located between Austin (1 hr) and San Antonio (45 mins.) and also close to New Braunfels. You can easily visit sites in these locations. This one bedroom second story condo has just recently been completely remodeled for your comfort. There is a newly purchased queen size bed, a queen size sofa bed and one bunk bed for a child. The condo will comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. It is so much more fun to stay here than in a hotel because of the surrounding nature, beautiful views, things to do and relaxing atmosphere.
