What's great about this house is its L-shape, which separates the sleeping area from the common area. The other great thing is the amount of common space to share. There is a large living room with a gas fireplace and a stereo; a large family room with television/DVD, lounging space, karaoke competitions, and access to the hot tub; and a dining room with a huge lodge-style table that seats 10 people.
It's got a 75 gallon water heater so there is virtually no way to run out of hot water for showers. The house was remodeled two years ago and received all new insulation so it's cozy as well as pretty. Think green.
The kitchen is completely modern and includes top appliances: gas cook top, convection oven, Bosch dishwasher, garbage disposal, side-by-side refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked for cooking and baking, basically everything you need to make a huge meal or dozens of cookies. Have at it and enjoy yourself, we just ask that you clean up afterwards.

The neighborhood is quiet, a short walk and you are strolling through a vibrant meadow watching bluebirds sing and squirrels hopping from pine tree to weeping willow.
