Year round available, Unique Lakefront Rustic Lodge home in private camp in beautiful Northwest Bay in Bolton Landing, NY on Lake George. Lake House is 4 bedroom, 3 full baths, Rustic Lodge furniture. Boat slip may be available for boats up to 34'.
Log beds (one king, 3 queen sized) all bedrooms on lake side, screened in porch faces lake, living room and large kitchen/dining room face lake with all glass large windows facing lake, naturally shed antlers for second floor bedroom railing access, docking may be available Shared use of 40 x 24' boathouse deck (boathouse top deck and kayaks and canoe may be shared with other guests staying at the owner's other home on the 2.5 acre property, or with the owners themselves on occasion) with large gas grill cooking island and many Adirondack chairs/lounges, shared floating swim platform, lush lawns and gardens on lake and stream side, serenity at its best. Jacuzzi, Adirondack chairs and rockers on 40'+ deck attached to house on lake side, with second large gas grill and large outdoor dining tables with umbrellas.
If additional bedrooms are required, a rustic log cottage may be available on adjoining property, and unique rustic log home suites may also be available on adjoining property.
Additional weeks discounted 10% after week one and guests who have rented our homes previously are entitled to a 10% discount off full weekly rate for similar season and rental period the following year, if they confirm the next year rental within two weeks after the end of their current 2009 rental.

Adirondack Park is "forever wild" by the constitution of NY State, so the wild mountain forest you see across the 2.5 mile wide lake to Shelving Rock, will ALWAYS look the same way as it does now, NO additional building of homes or development of any kind will be viewable from our lake front home, and the two properties together offer compound rental for the discriminating vacationer, or a couple just looking to get a way for a week in an extraordinarily unique private home and compound.
Use of owners full commercial gym or gameroom in adjacent home may be available on scheduled basis, at owners discretion, for adults 28 years and older only, once or twice per full week rental, up to 90 minutes per use.

Incredible lake and mountain views. Lake George is the widest directly across from our lake front home, and Black Mountain is the highest mountain on Lake George. You can boat easily to "The Narrows" from our home, where endless islands await your discovery, for day tripping, or the many bays on the east shores of the Narrows, or the many many trails on Tongue Mountain, or Black, or Buck Mountains, or Shelving Rock, Sleeping Beauty mountains, and the many ponds you will find along the trails. Easy access to Lake George village, fireworks Thursday nights, dine dining in Bolton and surrounding areas, and at the newly renovated Sagamore Hotel.
