Thank you for a wonderful vacation. The bikes and all of the other amenities in this home really made our vacation. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and toys. And we especially enjoyed the BIKES. Our kids had a ball playing in the yard and riding bikes while the adults took naps after the beach. The outdoor shower was a real hit too. This home was very clean and neat. Not huge, but it has every amenity one could ask for. We barely needed to pack a thing besides our bathing suits. WE WANT TO COME BACK!

We rented here last year and missed out on getting a week this summer because we waited too long to make our plans. At any rate, we really enjoyed this property when we stayed last year. It seemed to have everything week needed and it was very close to the beaches. We really liked not having to worry about parking our car. We just walked everywhere. Thanks for having us. We'll try again next year.

We had a fantastic stay at this Hyannis beach house. We found it to be clean, within close proximity to all that we wanted to do, and have all the amenities of home. The kids loved the large bunks and the beach toys. Coming from overseas, we found the home to be well-equipped with beach towels & toys so there was no need to over pack. This really helped us out a great deal. We look forward to coming back in 2010. Thanks for a great family vacation.

"We loved this house! It was so close to the beach that the kids grabbed the provided beach toys & towels already in the house and took right off. We didn't see them until dinner when they came home and told us they explored 4 different beaches. We felt that our family was very safe on the quiet road this house is set upon. We also liked the fact that we could walk to Hyannis Harbor for our excursion to Nantucket. We also walked there in the evenings for ice cream. It became our little ritual. It was so nice to not have to worry about parking. We just walked everywhere and it took us no time at all as the house is so conveniently located. We want to go back! Thanks for a lovely time. I especially appreciated the maid service at the end of our stay. It was so nice not to have to worry about doing the laundry or making the beds before we left. Thanks for a great vacation. This cottage was great for our family vacation. It's very clean and cute, has a new kitchen and sleeps plenty. The beautiful shady yard is just steps to the beach and so close to Main St in Hyannis. There were plenty of Cape brochures, towels, sheets and a washer/dryer in the house. The owner was a pleasure to work with!
