The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and is furnished with a Queen sized bed, armoire with television and DVD player, dresser with mirror and two night stands.
The master bath contains two sinks and a large walk-in shower stall.
The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed, tall dresser and two night stands.
The guest bath contains a bathtub with shower head.
The den contains a sofa bed, recliner chair, bookcase with books, small writing desk and television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances i.e. juicer, toaster and toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, mixer., and all cooking accessories. It contains a round table and four chairs.
The dining room is furnished with a large dining table and six chairs, china cabinet. Full access to china service and wine glasses.
The living room is furnished with a large entertainment center with a television and DVD/CD player. There is a sofa, love seat, wing back chair, coffee table, two end tables with lamps.
The lanai is furnished with an outdoor couch, rocking chair, and bistro table with two chairs.
The laundry room contains a washer and dryer, sink, ironing board and iron.
