Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on a redwood-covered hillside, Angell House is a completely remodeled two-story cottage with an heirloom quality, treated with the best of traditional River decor and antiques. The entry to this home is on the ground floor. On the upper floor, the living room is adjacent to the separate kitchen; the formal dining room is beyond. The dining room opens to a deck with outdoor dining and steps to the yard and hot tub. The master bedroom suite with bathroom is off the living room. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, one very small with a desk set, and a bathroom. The fenced yard has a variety of seating areas, hot tub, and play structure. Across the street, there are 40 acres of mixed redwood forest with hiking trails. This home is Going Green with EcoRing.
