  We stayed in this beautiful home for a week in August and couldn't have asked for a better location to celebrate our wedding on the beach with our family! The home is beautifully decorated and well cared for - including everything you need for a beach vacation. The view from the living room is exquisite - and the roof top deck is the perfect spot for your morning coffee and watching the stunning sunsets. We hired a private chef for our celebration and he commented that the kitchen was a chef's dream! We especially loved the new "wet room" in the master bathroom. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a hot tub, shower and steam room combo - it's like having your very own spa in your home! The beds are comfortable with luxurious bedding; the bathrooms are new, clean and full of tissues, shampoo, soap, etc.. The game room was a hit for our adult children - so much fun with a pool table, shuffle board and fully equipped bar. The only "downside" to staying here is that you have to share the house with the renters in the bottom unit. Our "neighbors" were very friendly but because it's not very sound proof, crying babies and loud talking somewhat interrupted our peaceful vacation. I guess we'll have to rent the whole place next time. :) We will definitely return to this gorgeous spot on the beach! As a fellow vacation home owner, we really appreciated the owner's attention to detail and providing a home that was perfect for our beach vacation! Thank you Johnny!

  We had a great time at this property. There were 11 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the game room and the adults loved the deck up top to watch the sunset. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We would highly recommend and hope to be back!!!

  We got together for a small family reunion for our parents 70th birthdays. The house was amazing. The views were amazing. The game room and deck were awesome. The sand and surf was amazing. All ages thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We hope to be back again.

  This beach house was fabulous! The house is so comfortable and very well done. We had 12 people, 6 adults and 6 kids and never felt cramped. We'd spend the majority of the day on the beach and when it would start to get chilly we'd move up to the incredible deck for some more R&R. There was nothing better then watching the sunsets with a glass of wine as our children played in the game room. We will definitely rent this home again!

  My family and I stayed in this lovely home in September. The owner was responsive to the small issues that came up during our stay. The home offers a great variety of bedrooms for couples, singles and children. Of course they view is amazing!

  We arrived at this beautiful home around sunset. The view out the expansive livingroom window was indescribable. The photos in this listing are accurate, but they do not capture the beauty of the ocean that is right outside the door. The home was immaculate, the beds were roomy and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything except a slow cooker. The roof top patio was the perfect place to sip a glass of wine at the end of the day--but bring a sweater as it gets chilly in the evening. In the morning we enjoyed our coffee watching the surfers and the dolphins. The location was convenient to the Orange County Airport, Disneyland and the Aquarium. Our vacation time was up long before we wanted to leave this paradise. We would highly recommend this home as a great place for a family get-together.

  The property was luxury grade and beautifully appointed with quality furniture and every convenience we were looking for. Our family of 6 adults and 6 children (age 9 - 14) never felt crowded and the view was spectacular, especially from the rooftop deck (our favorite spot). We used the fireplace and the gas grill and loved the gameroom on the roofdeck level. It featured a wetbar, and a pool table and shuffeboard gametable. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. The enclosed 2 car garage provided off street parking and we found lots of beach chairs and boogie boards there available for our kids. Even the weather was wonderful (cool cloudy mornings with clearing before noon and sunny afternoons in the mid 70's). We'll be back!

  Our family has rented homes around the world for summer family vacations and this was the best. The home is directly on the beach yet it remains clean and well kept. That is not easy to do with the sand and salt. The view from the house and the upper level deck is spectacular. The beach is wide, clean and not too crowded. We were able to enjoy the beach every day and let our children play directly in front of the house where we could see them. There is an added benefit of having a lifegaurd tower on the beach in front of the house. Sunset Beach is a nice beach town that is hard to find anymore in Southern California. It is close to the freeway so we were able to travel around LA and orange countty easily. Overall it was an exceptional experience and we plan on coming back many times!

  We had such a wonderful time! The views from the house are spectacular! The week we were there couldn't of been better. Friends and family enjoyed everything the house had to offer. The beach house has the perfect location for fun in the sun to shopping to great food all in walking distance. I will remember this vacation for the rest of my life.
