The Resort
These luxurious private owned vacation homes are located in the brand-new elegant Emerald Island Resort, a 24-hour live-guard gated community. Just two miles-three traffic signals to Disney’s park entrance. Emerald Island is conveniently located right off Route 192, the main route in Kissimmee. There are shops, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance or a short drive.
Nestled within a protected wetland, this brand new gated community features a club house with an exercise room, sauna, free internet and Wi-Fi connections, concierge service; stocked tiki bar that serves drinks by the large community pool, kiddy pool, lighted tennis courts, volleyball, children’s playground and 300 acres surrounded with floral and plant life of Florida. 11 acres of nature trail for walking, jogging, biking and picnic.
There are lots of activities happening at the Club House. For the Kiddies, there is a children's play lot with loads of equipment. For more mature kids, there are many activities for them as well.

I love the weather in Florida, being Canadians we do not get too much summer. It was the best thing to do buying property in Florida where we did not have to limit our numbers as you do with hotel reservations!

The house was perfect for our family (6 adults, 1 child and 2 infants). The 3 full bathrooms allowed us to get ready and get out early in the mornings. The spacious kitchen/family and dining room gave us ample room to spread out for the week. The game room was a big hit for the guys and the park across the street was a perfect place for my nephew to play any time of day. We absolutely loved the Emerald Island Resort and its services. All the staff was very helpful and we were never far from anything that we wanted to do in Orlando.

The house was spotless. We enjoyed our stay and the spaciousness of the kitchen in particular. The pool was warm and the kids enjoyed the park across the road. We're definitely staying here again. The owners were easy to talk to and replied to our questions and concerns before staying, which we appreciated.

We would definitely recommend this home to others. It is close to the parks (especially the Disney Parks) and has numerous restaurants, grocery stores, etc. within a short driving distance. The swimming pool was nice to come home to; we all enjoyed the pool after long days of walking, riding and enjoying the activities at the parks. The listing photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities and it was clean and well-maintained.

The owners were very helpful in answering questions as well as the people on the resort. I would have no problem recommending this property to friends and family. In fact we have been already spreading the word and the web-site. There are lots of resturants and shops close by. The location was great for anyone who wanted to go to Disney or Universal.. About 15-30 min. depending on which park you went to. We used a company GT transportaion to take us out one evening and it was very reasonable. I really hope we have the chance to return. Excellent property. The house was in great shape and extremely clean. Close to the parks and shopping. The clubhouse had a lot of fun activities for children and the park across the street was so convenient. Have booked this property for 2012! Loved it.

We just returned from staying in this property, 4 adults, 3 children. There was plenty of room and we really enjoyed the washer & dryer. The house was clean and had all the amentities. The drive to Disney was very easy and probably about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. We loved that there were grocery stores, restaurants and other activities all within a mile. Thanks again!!

The rental property is very spacious, neat, clean and beautifully furnished. It is only 25 minutes from the Disney Theme Parks and 15 minutes from the amazing shopping centres where you can find great deals. Grocery and convenient stores are around the corner. We throughly enjoyed our stay and after the buzy theme parks,enjoyed the refreshing pool conventiently attached to the property fully enclosed and very clean. This property is recommended and very family oriented.
