We rented this home for almost a month. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The home was well equipped, clean with a wonderful beach view and access. In addition, it is next to a great park. The owners take excellent care of the property and were excellent to work with. I would recommend this property and the experience to anyone wanting a gorgeous home on the beach.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is an amazing beach house. The pictures truly do not do it justice. The views of the Pacific and the Channel Islands are beautiful and you walk out the back door onto the sand. What really set it apart from other beach houses we have rented though was the extent to which every last detail was tastefully punched out - high end Viking appliances, hardware, flat screens, glass showers, solid wood doors, etc. It has a high end resort feel.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I have been renting vacation homes for four years and have to say that this Oxnard home was one of the best I have found. We decided to rent the home for our management retreat and it was perfect. Sara had everything in order and we all had a great time. We were so comfortable it was a great experience. I would recommend this home for all uses. The location is good and the home is beautiful!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
