The Condo is located in Pass-a-Grille Florida, a quaint town and is part of St Pete Beach. The unit is very new and all of the furnishings are also new. Parking is available next to the unit and you will be provided a parking pass at no additional charge. Since it is on the ground floor, moving your baggage in and out is simple.
You may eat in, as the kitchen is well equipped for cooking; or eat out at the many high quality nearby restaurants. Laundry is no problem, as the unit is equipped with its own washing machine and dryer.
It is truly a quiet place and ideal for a vacation on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is across from the condo and deep sea fishing as well as dock fishing are 1 block away, on the bay side of the island. You couldn't ask for better access to these activities. All types of other family activities are available moments away. Once you come off of the beach, rinse off and relax in the pool area. There is access to the pool from the unit directly.
There are also plenty of great things to do located within a short drive, Ft Desota Park, the Pirate ship at John's Pass, and dolphin cruises to name a few.
Other major activities within a drive away are Busch Gardens/Adventureland, The Florida Aquarium, The Lowry Park Zoo, The Salvador Dali Museum, and The Hard Rock Casino.

This is truly a paradise that is quiet, and at the same time a place where excitement exists when you want is. It is truly a place to vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love the fact that the beach is across from the condo and it is so accessible. For fishing I go out on the local charter boat and come back with grouper, gray snapper or one of the many other fishes. That evening there is nothing better than fresh fish for dinner. Whether I am there during the peak times or the off peak times the weather is always great for the beach.
