This three year old property is 1/2 mile from the main beach intersection, in walking distance to shops and numerous restaurants. A favorite for fresh seafood - the Sea-n-Suds - is next door.

"Son"-kissed is so because it provides a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico, a marvelous divine creation. The unit's balcony is approx 350 sq ft, fronting 2 bedrooms as well as the living room - a good place for reading and contemplating... or just doing nothing. Walls of windows provide expansive views of the gulf and the parasailing/jet ski base is directly in front of the condo - what fun!!

The indoor/outdoor pool means swimming is good year 'round. Free WI-FI is available in unit!! Bedding is plush and furnishings are upscale. TVs in living room and two bedrooms. The laundry room is spacious and has full-sized appliances.

While here be sure to plan a trip to the National Aviation Museum at the airbase only 30 minutes away. Another great daytrip is to World-famed Bellingrath Gardens, via the Mobile Bay Ferry... fun for young or otherwise. There are many golf courses, deep sea fishing and Tanger Outlet Mall. Check out The Wharf for their shopping, Ferris wheel and concerts in the amphitheater. So many opportunities and excursions!!

  • We enjoyed our stay in September. The condo is really nice with plenty of room and very comfortable. We loved the large balcony and the view is great. It has easy access to the beach, dining, and shopping. We've stayed at several condos and we like this one best. Thanks for sharing. Hope to stay here again soon.

  • Love, love, loved it! Just wanted to say what a wonderful time we had at this beautiful condo. One of the best in Seawind because it has the larger wrap around balcony with a spectacular beach view. You can see the new pier and right beside SeaNSuds. We cannot say enough good things about this place. It is in the middle of everything - you can walk to the hangout, mikey's restaurant, and several others. Waffle house is across the street in case you forgot to bring coffee! The beds are new, and are very comfortable. The thing we liked the best is the doors off both bedrooms opening onto the balcony. Turn the air off and open the sliding screens to hear the waves. It had everything we needed whether we cooked there or used the grills downstairs. My son used the fitness room. We will definitely be back to this very relaxing place.

  • We had a wonderful stay here in August, 2009. My son and daughter just loved the spacious unit, and the fact that they both had their own bedroom was a real bonus. We spent most of the week on the beach. It was so convenient to walk out of the condo and onto to the beach - they didn't want to do much else!

  • If I had to use one word to describe this unit and complex it would be... WOW. The furnishings were top notch. The Unit was quiet and comfortable and SPACIOUS. We have stayed in many Condos in Orange Beach and NONE of them were as comfortable and nice as this one! The Childrens Pool was a relaxing and fun area too. Walking distance to EVERYTHING and right next door to Sea and Suds which has become our favorite place to eat at the beach! I HIGHLY recommend this property!

  • We just returned from a 4 night stay at this condo. It is just as pictured here, and was wonderful. The balcony view of the ocean, beach and sky is spectacular in the morning and evening. We were able to do exactly what we planned to do - REST!

  • We had a WONDERFUL stay at "Son-kissed"! This condo is well-appointed and very comfortable. The extra door to the balcony from the 2nd bedroom is also a plus. We will definitely return!
