This three year old property is 1/2 mile from the main beach intersection, in walking distance to shops and numerous restaurants. A favorite for fresh seafood - the Sea-n-Suds - is next door.
"Son"-kissed is so because it provides a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico, a marvelous divine creation. The unit's balcony is approx 350 sq ft, fronting 2 bedrooms as well as the living room - a good place for reading and contemplating... or just doing nothing. Walls of windows provide expansive views of the gulf and the parasailing/jet ski base is directly in front of the condo - what fun!!
The indoor/outdoor pool means swimming is good year 'round. Free WI-FI is available in unit!! Bedding is plush and furnishings are upscale. TVs in living room and two bedrooms. The laundry room is spacious and has full-sized appliances.

While here be sure to plan a trip to the National Aviation Museum at the airbase only 30 minutes away. Check out The Wharf for their shopping, Ferris wheel and concerts in the amphitheater. So many opportunities and excursions!!

I am originally from Mobile, so I remember when there was virtually no development on this beach. I first purchased a condo here in '84 and have been a beach condo owner since that time. Just love this place!!

Really nice, mostly Drexel Heritage, furnishings, granite counters, great cabinets and spacious feel of the unit. Also the convenient location allows for so many walking destinations.
