Upstairs you’ll find a queen size bed and full private bathroom in Master Suite. Additionally, there is a full size bed in the first Guest bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the second Guest bedroom and another full bathroom.
There is closet space galore, central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, satelite tv, ceiling fans in all rooms, luxurious hardwood & ceramic tile flooring, a roomy kitchen and great room that steps out to a classic Saratoga front porch or a large, secluded deck overlooking the yard with plenty of seating and new gas grill.
The large, fully finished basement (8 foot ceilings) with full size air hockey table is a great place to hang out with family and friends. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds, and a full size pull out sofa bed.
There is a private in ground pool, air conditioned pool house (only available to residents with access pass) along with an exercise room just a convenient 2 minute walk down the street.

Less than fifteen minute drive (6 miles) to the Saratoga Gaming and Raceway (trotters & casino) and Saratoga Lake. Thirty minutes to Lake George or Albany.

Saratoga racing season rental

Property was well represented. Worked out fine with my group of seven adult males. It would have been nice to have a bathroom in the basement with the 2 bedrooms down there but, things worked out well. I had looked at similar places with this many beds and more (4+ full bathrooms) but they were easily $200+ more per nights stay. Minor issue with electronics on the water heater and the owner dealt with this quickly and after that we had plenty of hot water for our large party. It was a 10-12 minute walk to Saratoga Racetrack for me. My brothers utilized the pool the the neighborhood that was seven doors down and were happy with it. There is a park that is a 90 second walk away and the three of us that used it enjoyed running on the trails.(It was a nice break from pounding the pavement. Much kinder to the knees).10-15 minute walk from the edge of downtown. Usually half of our group walked home from dinner in town at night. There were sidewalks all the way back on Broadway. Overall dollar for dollar as nice as any of houses that I have rented over the past five years. Very clean. Much better then the over priced hotels in the area. Have been to the area yearly for the past 10-12 years and in the past have paid top dollar for some very marginal hotels in the area.
