This quaint cottage sits on five historic acres in the Sautee Nacoochee Valley. It shares the property with the owner's home which is a renovated farmhouse built in 1908. There is a creek that runs through the front of the property and a large meadow in the back. There are many beautiful hardwood trees as well as plentiful wildlife. The terrine is gentle and good for walking. This cottage is secluded not isolated, perfect for newlyweds or couples. The Chattahoochee River is approximately one mile from the cottage and fishing is allowed from this area.
Sautee is located 1 1/2 hours NE of Atlanta and 2 hours south of Ashville, NC.

Why the Owner Chose Sautee
This cottage or "Little House" as we refer to it was built by the owners in 1992 after renovations were finished on their farmhouse. The cottage was furnished for a guest house for friends and is extremely attractive and comfortable. The property sits two tenths of a mile away from the main road and is very quiet and serene.
