Why the Owner Chose Palm Valley Country Club
We have family in the area and originally purchased a second home to be near them. Now we enjoy the relaxed pace of the desert as a get away from "everyday" life.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The property is wonderfully designed with lots of light and a very open feeling. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms so there is plenty of privacy and it, as well as the living room, offers a great view of the golf course and a wonderful peaceful waterfall.
