Drive through the gates of this gorgeous golf community and head down the winding, palm-lined streets, and you'll feel like you've entered your paradise away from home. This community is beautifully landscaped and manicured to perfection. Legends Golf and Country Club of Fort Myers is a secure gated community. Legends has a resort atmosphere offering an award winning 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course and pro shop, a huge heated pool with waterfall and whirlpool, six tennis courts with lights, well equipped fitness center with sauna and lockers, show facilities and scheduled workouts.

This model is a lovely two bedroom, two bathroom condo that offers a spacious and comfortable living area, with spectacular views of the preserve. Master bedroom has king sized bed, TV, two large walk-in closets, master bath with two sinks, linen closet, corner garden tub and separate walk-in shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds, closet and adjacent to full bathroom with tub and shower. This garden condo also features a single garage. You'll see from the photos that no expense was spared on the decorating. Our home features custom bedding and window treatments. and the finest of furnishings. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, small appliances and utensils. Kitchen also has a cozy eat-in nook with table and chairs. The dining room has a beautiful wooden table and 6 chairs and chandelier. A washer and dryer is located in the second bathroom. The living room suite has a comfortable sofa that can be used as an extra place to sleep. A matching chair and entertainment center with TV/DVD and leads to a screened-in lanai with glass table and chairs.


The Legends Golf course is only one of many outstanding courses designed by architect, Joe Lee. Built in 1999, this scenic course weaves among lush acres of green fairways, lakes and majestic cypress heads and pines, providing a true feel of a nature preserve. Members and guests love to play on this friendly, yet challenging course. Legends was voted top golf course in the Best of Southwest Florida for two years in a row. This rental does not come with a golf membership so the course cannot be utilized in-season, but but renters can golf the other 9 months of the year. All of the amenities, including golf in the off season, and use of the clubhouse and restaurant can be used for a one-time social membership transfer fee of $250.

The full social amenities membership is included with this rental and includes the many features of the 25,000 square foot clubhouse featuring fine dining, as well as causal dining, the lounge and grill room, billiards, card, game and media rooms and state-of-the-art fitness center. Play a round of tennis on one of six soft-surface tennis courts or just go for a walk on over 2 miles of walking trails. Relax by the resort style heated pool with rock waterfall and spa or swim in the smaller more private pool of the condo neighborhood of Thornberry.

This condo in the Legends is located about 20 minutes from Fort Myers beach and about 30 to to the Gulf coast beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands famous for shelling. And we are just 10 minutes from Fort Myers International

  • Legends is a golf course community and the condos overlook either the course or the preserve. While this is a social unit, not a golf unit, the course can be used in the off season. This unit has an amazing view of the preserve, full of lush trees and vegetation. Sit out on the lanai and enjoy the privacy and the sights and sounds of nature with your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Beautifully appointed lanai furniture.
